现在完成时(Ⅲ)
某些动词的现在完成时可表示过去某一时间开始并一直延续到现在的动
作或状态,可以和表示延续性的时间状语连用,如:for+一段时间,
since+时间点/从句。表示持续动作或状态的动词多用延续性动词。

现在完成时若表示动作或状态,从过去某时开始,一直延续至今,可能刚
刚结束,也可能继续下去,后面常与for,since引导的时间状语连用,他们
通常用how long提问,谓语动词用延续性动词,如为为延续性动词,可以
把它转化为延续性动词。

当有时间状语f or + 一段时 间或since+过去的时间点/从句时,前面的动
词要用延续性动词的现在完成时,如:

since for用法区别
for+时间段,时间段可以是具体的数字,如for three years,for a
month,也可以是泛指的时间,如a long time,several days, some time(一段

Since+表示过去的时间短语或句子
①since + 表示过去时 间的词,表示从过去某时开始的动作或状态一直持
续到现在,此时since是介词,如since three years ago 自从三年前以来,

since then 自那时以来,since 2005 从2005年以来到现在
②sinc e+ 句子(过 去时),此过去时的句子相当于since+表示过去的时
间,此时since是连词。如We have known each other since we were
children.当我们还是孩子的时候,我们就认识了。

no longer的用法
We have decided to each sell five things that we no
longer use.

{发现}no longer为副词,表示 时间上的“不再,再也不”,表示不再
继续或再现过去某一时刻发生或存在而一直延续的动作或状态,常用
于过去时、现在时或将来时的句子中。通常放在行为动词之前,be动
词、助动词或情态动词之后,有时也可位于句末或句首,相当于
not......any longer.
No longer与no mor e 同义 ,no more相当于not ......any
more,表示再也不重复过去反复发生的动作,二者的区别为:
1.修饰行为动词时,no longer需置于行为动词之前,而no more
则置于行为动词之后。
2.no longer用来修饰延续性动词,而no more则用来修饰表示
具体动作的瞬间性动词。
