【知识链接】
《皇帝的新装》是丹麦著名童话作家安徒生的代表作之一。这个有趣的童话为我们描绘了这样
一个故事:一位奢侈而愚蠢的国王每天只顾着穿衣服,不管其他任何事,最后还愚昧的被骗,
什么都没穿去游行!但敢于说真话就是”不称职“或者”愚蠢的无可救药“,在这样的威压
之下,没有人去揭穿谎言,甚至还夸耀,最后一个小孩子天真的一句话引起了全城人揭发谎言,
结束了这场闹剧。

一、课堂活动
Step 1. 情景导入
T: We have learned a story by Hans Christian Andersen. Have you remembered its name?
Ss: Yes.
T: What’s the name?
Ss: Cinderella.
T: Who can tell the story for us?(Ask some Ss to tell the story.)
T: Today we are going to learn another story by Hans Christian Andersen. And we have learned it
in our Chinese book. Do you know what its name is?
Step 2. 完成教材1a-1d的任务
1. 学生朗读1a中的单词,教师纠正读音错误,然后两人一组互相提问背诵单词。
2. 仔细观察1c图片,明确字母所指代的单词,然后将1a中的单词和1c中字母匹配,完成后
集体核对答案。
3. 听录音,按听到的顺序给图片标号,完成后集体核对答案,完成1d.
4. 听第三遍录音,学生跟着大声朗读。
5. 通过听力材料提供的信息,用英语来复述《皇帝的新装》(A1; A2)。
6. 小结训练。
二、合作与探究※
【探究一】 Nobody wanted to sound stupid. 没有人想要听起来愚蠢。
sound此处为系动词,意为:听起来。其后常跟_________词作表语。常见短语sound like,意
为“听起来像”,后跟名词,短语或句子。
学点训练:巴黎听起来像是我喜欢的城市。 Paris sounds _________ ________

【拓展】sound的用法及区别
1. 作为名词,泛指在自然界中人所能听到的任何声音,意为“声音;响声”,有可数和不可数
两种用法;voice指人的声音;noise指噪音。例如: Light travels much faster than sound. 光
的传播速度比声音快得多。
2. sound作为连系动词,意为“听起来;听上去(给人以某种印象)”,常接形容词作表语,还
2可接名词、代词、介词短语或从句。例如: This piece of music sounds beautiful. 这音乐听起来
很美。

【探究二】 make的用法
1. 当make的意思是“做、制造、制作”时,常用的句型是:
make sb. sth. / make sth. for sb. 意为“为某人制作某物”。例如:
他的母亲为他缝制了一件漂亮的外衣。His mother ___________ a beautiful coat ________

2.当make的意思是“使、使得”时,一般用于“make + 宾语 + 宾补”这种结构,常用的句型
是:
(1) make + sb. / sth. + adj. 意为“使某人或某物处于某种状态”。例如:
这个消息使他很高兴。The news made him __________.
当然,除了接形容词作宾补外,还可以接名词、动词的过去分词等作宾补。例如:
They all want to make Jim their monitor. (名词)他们都想让吉姆当班长。
(2) make + sb. / sth. + 省略to的动词不定式, 意为“使某人或某物做某事”。例如:
我们的英语老师经常让我们 读 课文 。Our English teacher often makes us _________ the texts.
