Stephen Hawking was born on January 8, 1942 in Oxford, England. When he was a boy, he
liked to study how things worked. When he was eight years old, he moved to St.Albans with his
family. Later Stephen went to Oxford University to study Science. His father wanted him to

Hawking got a very serious illness called ALS at the age of 21. He couldn’t walk or even

great achievements in Science. He wrote many great books. When he got the illness, doctors said
