一、什么是时间状语从句

在复合句中，由连词引导，用来表示动作发生时间的句子，叫做时间状语从句。

主句：核心句子；从句：由连词开头，表时间，不能单独成句。

二、常用连词分类

1. when 当…… 时候

✅ 可接短暂性动词，也可接延续性动词；动作可同时发生，也可先后发生。

例：I will call you when I get home. 我到家就给你打电话。

2. while 当…… 时候

✅ 后面只能接延续性动词，强调两个动作同时进行。

例：My mother was cooking while I was reading. 我看书的时候妈妈在做饭。

3. as 当……；随着

✅ 强调伴随，一边…… 一边；随着时间变化。

例：As she walked, she sang. 她边走边唱。

4. before 在…… 之前

例：Wash hands before you eat. 吃饭前洗手。

5. after 在…… 之后

例：I will play football after I finish homework. 做完作业我去踢足球。

6. until / till 直到……

✅ 肯定句：主句动词延续，动作持续到 until 时间；

✅ 否定句 not…until：直到…… 才

例：I waited until he came back. 我一直等到他回来。

I didn’t go to bed until Mum came home. 直到妈妈回家我才睡觉。

7. as soon as 一…… 就……（高频考点）

✅ 一发生 A，立刻发生 B，遵循主将从现。

例：I will tell him as soon as he arrives. 他一到我就告诉他。

三、核心时态规则【重中之重】

👉 主将从现：主句一般将来时，从句用一般现在时表将来。

> I will go shopping when it is sunny.

👉 主过从过：主句一般过去时，从句用过去对应时态。

> He read books while his sister was watching TV.

👉 主句是祈使句 / 含情态动词，从句依然用一般现在时。

> Open the door when you hear the bell.

1. 时间状语从句，不能同时出现 will，从句不用将来时！

❌ I will tell him when he will come.

✅ I will tell him when he comes.

2. 连词后面是句子（要有主语 + 谓语），不是短语。

3. as soon as 引导从句，同样遵守主将从现。
