高考满分作文三

In your e-mail of last week, you have asked me to explain what “a living Lei Feng” means. Here are my explanations.

First, Lei Feng is a household model/ paragon/ exemplar that helped others whenever and wherever possible. Accordingly “a living Lei Feng” refers to such a helpful and considerate person. Take my beloved and respected classmate Lei Jin as an example. There are stories after stories in which he helps his classmates, teachers, walkers-by and even homeless animals. What you see in him is a living Lei Feng.

The Chinese language is full of idioms and expressions that are hard to understand without a dictionary or long-time experience. We both should learn harder to master it.
