Passage 14: The Mountain Hiking Trip

Last weekend, my family and I went hiking in the national park. The mountain was higher than I expected, and the path was a bit ________（陡峭的）, but we were all excited to reach the top. My dad, who is an experienced hiker, gave us some ________（提示） on how to walk safely.
