Unit 4 Looking good, feeling good中身心健康、睡眠与健康生活方式的话题匹配睡眠重要性、健康与学业平衡的表达,该单元语法板块直接涉及睡眠问题语篇;同时呼应必修一Unit 3 Getting along with others,选择性必修四Unit 2 Understanding others和Unit 4 Never too old to learn三个单元中的相关话题表达。

Version 1:
Ranking My College Life Essentials
When it comes to my upcoming college life, I firmly believe that study should come first, sleep second and socializing last.
I give priority to study because it helps me build a solid professional knowledge base and sharpen my problem-solving skills, fully preparing me for my future career. Close behind comes sleep, the solid foundation on which concentration, good memory and emotion stability depend. While socializing helps improve communication skills and teamwork spirit, it is only an added pleasure and should never come at the expense of study and sleep.
In short, proper time management that balances study, sleep and socializing will make my college life truly meaningful and rewarding.
Version 2:
Ranking My College Life Essentials
When it comes to the importance of study, sleep and socializing in my college life, I would rank sleep first, study second and socializing third.
Sleep tops my list not only because adequate sleep refreshes the mind, boosts concentration and maintains emotional stability, but also because it lays the foundation for both study and socializing. Next comes study, through which I acquire knowledge and skills, paving the way for my future career and enabling me to stand out in fierce competitions. As for socializing, it does polish my interpersonal relationships but it never outweighs well-being and academic learning.
Altogether, the three essentials are not rivals but partners. Only by striking a proper balance between them can I live a fulfilling and enjoyable college life.
