二、写作指导
-格式规范：求助/请求信一般包含称呼、正文、结束语、署名几个部
分 。称呼要根据收信人的身份恰当使用，如Dear Mr. Smith 、Dear
Professor Li 等；结束语常用Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully
等；最后在右下角署名，一般高考作文常署名Li Hua。
-内容结构
-开头：直接表明自己的身份，然后迅速切入写信目的，如说明自
己遇到了什么困难需要求助，或者有什么请求需要对方帮忙。例如：I
am Li Hua, a student in Senior Three. I’m writing to ask you to
do me a favor.
-中间：详细阐述困难的具体情况或者请求的具体内容。可以分点
说明，让内容更有条理。比如遇到学习上的困难，可以说清楚是哪一
门学科、哪个知识点；请求帮忙做某事，要讲明白事情的背景、要求
等。
-结尾：表达希望得到对方帮助的愿望，并且真诚地向对方表示感
谢。常用句式如I would appreciate it if you could give me a
hand. / Looking forward to your early reply.
-语言表达：用词要礼貌、得体，尽量使用一些高级词汇和句式来提
升文章档次。时态上，描述当前的困难或请求一般用一般现在时，涉
及到未来可能发生的情况，如得到帮助后的结果等，用一般将来时。
