中秋将至，月亮最圆，也是高中英语“传统文化类”写作、阅读、口语的高频考点。今天给老师和家长整理一套可直接用的素材：从核心词汇、习俗表达，到嫦娥玉兔英文小故事、应用文范文，再到课堂活动，收藏转发都合适。

一、先记住这些标准表达，别再直译

书面语优先用 the Mid-Autumn Festival（也可写 Mid-Autumn Day）；讲日期用“the 15th day of the 8th lunar month”，不要写成 August 15th，那是公历。

基础必背：

中秋节：the Mid-Autumn Festival / Mid-Autumn Day
农历：lunar calendar（农历八月十五：the 15th day of the 8th lunar month）

二、中秋习俗英文一句话串起来

The Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. On that night the moon is at its fullest and brightest, so families get together for a reunion dinner, share mooncakes, and admire the full moon. Some places also light lanterns, solve lantern riddles, enjoy osmanthus blossoms, or drink osmanthus wine. The round mooncake and full moon both stand for family reunion.

三、嫦娥玉兔后羿：英文小故事（读后续写/口语都能用）

中秋离不开传说，高中用“三句话讲清”最合适：

Long ago, ten suns burned the earth. Hou Yi, a skilled archer, shot down nine of them and saved people. He later got the elixir of immortality. To keep it from falling into the wrong hands, his wife Chang’e drank it and flew to the moon. Since then she has lived in the Moon Palace with the Jade Rabbit, which makes heavenly medicine. People admire the full moon on Mid-Autumn night in memory of Chang’e.

四、写作金句+应用文模板（学生直接背）

开场：

写习俗：

五、老师可直接用的课堂小活动

1）三要素介绍框架：When（lunar date）→ What people do（reunion, mooncakes, admire moon, lanterns）→ Why（reunion/harmony/heritage）。可迁移到春节、端午。
