一、狂背阶段·素材输入（课前预习）
1.话题词块狂背：背诵本单元写作高频词块，分类记忆，随用随取。困境类：face challenges, feel confused, have difficulty in, under pressure行动类：ask for advice, make proper choices, take advantage of, focus on态度类：get used to, be responsible for, be determined to, be confident about
2.高分句型狂背：背诵5个本课核心写作句型，做到脱口而出。例：动名词作主语句、recommend虚拟语气句、get used to结构句
二、真悟阶段·规律内化（课中探究）
写作逻辑真悟
本次写作主题为“我的高中挑战与应对”，属于成长类记叙文，采用三段式逻辑结构：
•第一段：引入点题——升入高中迎来新挑战（总起）
•第二段：主体展开——具体1-2个挑战+应对办法（细节）
•第三段：结尾升华——表态感悟，展望未来（升华）
理性拆解高分要点：
1.语法升级：多用动名词作主语、宾语从句等结构，替换简单句
2.词汇升级：用本单元核心词块替换基础词汇
3.逻辑连贯：用besides, therefore, what’s more等衔接词串联句子
范文真悟：Entering senior high school brings me a lot of new challenges. Choosing suitable courses is one of the biggest problems I have faced. My adviser recommended that I (should) sign up for courses that match my interests. Besides, I also need to balance study and after-school activities.
