By and large, this tendency can be seen as a positive development for both individuals and society. On an individual level, employees can fully experience different professions and roles and figure out which jobs can best unlock their potential and make the most of their talents. From a societal perspective, when workers can find their dream jobs and have a passion for daily tasks, this trend can contribute to higher output and a more productive working environment. That said, excessive job-hopping may increase recruitment and training costs for companies.

In conclusion, people change jobs frequently mainly because they seek faster career advancement and the job market has become more flexible. Overall, this trend brings more benefits than drawbacks for individuals and society.
