2.省略用法: 名词普通格+doing(Jane doing); 宾格+doing 作表语或宾语(me doing)。如:

要点精讲:动名词作表语时主语通常是对等的关系,主语、表语可互换位置。动名词作定语往往表示被
修饰词的某种用途。

What I hate most is being laughed at. = Being laughed at is what I hate most.

She has dedicated her life to adding sound to the life of the hearing-impaired
China Daily | Updated: 2024-05-04 10:06Liu Lingli has been a teacher for hearing-impaired children for 33 years, and thanks to 1
(dedicate), more than 20 of her students have received 2 (high) education.
At the age of 14, she decided to major in teaching hearing-impaired students, and enrolled in Nanjing
Normal University of Special Education. After graduation, she became a teacher and 3 (teach)
Chinese language to first graders.
Although she was only 18 at the time, she treated the students as her children, and practiced sign language in
front of the mirror every day 4 she mastered it. With great patience, she taught the students how to
wash their face and clothes, 5 (gradual) becoming the "mother" of the students.
In 2005, Liu gave birth 6 her own child. But he 7 (diagnose) with hearing
