Part 1命题解读
读后续写的写作过程中，成功的动作描写，可以交代人物的身份、地位，可以反映人物心理活动的进
程，可以表现人物的性格特征。相反，空洞、笼统的描写会使内容缺乏生动性，使人物形象不丰满。人物的动作或简单，或复杂，都
不是一下子就能完成的，细心观察都能捕捉到最能体现人物特征的慢镜头。因此，在描写动作时，同学们
要学会细化动作，把动作过程分解成一连串细微的动作，形成动作链，写出动作的连贯性，这样才能使描
写具有画面感，使人物更立体。

既丰富又精彩！举个例子，何为构造动作链？我们先看一句高考样题范文。
He stopped the taxi, jumped in with the suitcase and told the driver, “Go to the police station, please.”
这句话的意思是：他拦下了车，拿着箱子跳进了车里，然后对司机说，“请到警察局去。”
其实，这句话只是描写了“上车”的动作，然而通过拆解，细致地展现了一个动作下的组成
部分。其本质是避免简单粗暴的使用一个动词概括整个动作，而是用2-3个动词组合进行描述。用一个公
式进行总结以上例句，如下:
上车=拦车+上车+告诉目的地
再比如2017年高考真题中的一个优秀范文句子。
She would get off the car excitedly, laughing and dancing around.
这句话的意思是：她会兴奋地下车，又笑又跳。这句讲的是一个比
较粗线条的妈妈，动作描写完整地描述了这位妈妈下车时及下车后
的表现，即：
下车=下车+笑+跳
这个训练过程，需要我们仔细观察，结合一丢丢的语文功底，并进行合理联想，并多多积累动词。同
时，这也为我们提供了两种构造动作链条的句式：
1. A, B and C（连词连接动词们）
2. 使用非谓语
第一部分、A, B and C结构
我们先看一下“A, B and C结构”。下面我用三个句子来说明这个结构，每个例子我将停顿三秒钟，
正在听这个课程的你，你可以抓住这宝贵的三秒钟，快速思考，如果是自己来写，会怎么写？如果刚开始
觉得有困难，可以先想中文思路。
第一句：“男孩们跳入湖中嬉戏”
想一想：跳入湖中，这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？
跳入湖里嬉戏 = 冲向湖边 + 脱掉衣服 + 跳入水中
The boys rushed excitedly to the lake, took off their clothes and jumped into the water.（孩子们兴奋地冲到湖
边，脱下衣服，跳进了水里。）第二句，“她抱住儿子”（停顿三秒钟）
想一想：抱住儿子，这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？
抱住儿子 = 冲向前 + 蹲下 + 一把抱住
She dashed forward, knelt down and gathered her son into her arms.（她向前冲过去，跪下来，把儿子抱在
怀里。）
第三句，“这个歌手唱歌”
想一想：歌手唱歌，这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？
歌手唱歌 = 扫视观众 + 深吸一口气 + 开始演唱
The singer glanced at the audience, took a deep breath and began to sing.（歌手瞥了看观众，深吸了一口气，
开始唱歌。）
第四句，妈妈给了这个可怜人五美元
My mom handed five dollars to the poor man.
“给钱”这个动作可以怎么细化？联想一下日常生活中的做法，我们可以扩充为：
给钱 = 打开钱包 + 取出五美元 + 递给那个可怜的人
升级：My mom opened the purse, took out five dollars, and handed it to the poor man.
这样修改后，“打开钱包”和“取出五美元”这两个动作，就跟“给钱”的动作形成了一个连贯的动作链
条，描写更加细致了。
第五句，我悄悄把信封放进他家的邮箱
I put the envelop into his mailbox quietly.
想一想：“把信封放进邮箱” 这个动作前后可以添加哪些其他细节动作呢？根据句子的情境，我们可以
这样拓展：
把信封放进邮箱 = 走向邮箱 + 把信封放进去 + 悄悄离开他家
升级：I walked straight to his mailbox, put the envelope into it, and then left the house quietly.
像这样改成三连动的句子，动作流畅饱满，一气呵成，读起来比原句就更有代入感了。
第六句，发表获奖感言。
按时间拆分为：先看一眼奖杯，深吸一口气，说道:“谢谢王老师!”。再用A, B and C这个结构:
She glanced at the trophy, took a deep breath and said, “Thank Mr Wang!"
此外，A, B and C也不一定都表示连续的动作 ，有时也可以表示并列，比如下面这两个例子:
第二部分、使用非谓语
下面仍然用三种方式和三个句子来说明这种描写动作的句子结构，每个例子我仍然停顿三秒钟。
第一种句子模式：-ing现在分词,凸显同一对象同时发生不同的动作。
第1个例句，“老人静坐”
想一想：老人静坐，这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？（停顿三秒钟）好！我来公布参考答案。
老人静坐=坐在夕阳下 + 看报纸 + 听广播
The old man sat under the sunset, reading the newspaper and listening to the radio.
第二种句子模式：having done 表现动作先后关系
第2个例句，“没有买到票”
想一想：“买票”这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？
没有买到票= 排了很久队 + 被告知票卖完了
Having queued for 3 hours, he was told that the ticket had been sold out.
第三种句子模式. -ed过去分词凸显被动
第3个例句，“孩子们哭了”
想一想：“哭”这个动作前面或后面会有哪些动作？或者因为什么原因让孩子哭
感动哭了= 被感动 + 哭了
Deeply moved by the story, the children began to cry.
第三部分、动作描写微技能
01 细化动作，写出动作过程空洞、笼统的描写会使内容缺乏生动性，使人物形象不丰满。人物的动作或简单，或复杂，都不是一
下子就能完成的，细心观察都能捕捉到最能体现人物特征的慢镜头。因此，在描写动作时，学生要学会细
化动作，把动作过程分解成一连串细微的动作，形成动作链，写出动作的连贯性，这样才能使描写具有画
面感，使人物更立体。
例如，人教版高中英语教材Module 7 Unit 2 Robots的第一篇阅读材料Satisfaction Guaranteed中，当Claire
从梯子上掉下来Tony设法接住她时，作者细致地描写了Claire的一系列动作，如screamed、pushed him
away和ran to her room，这一动作过程就把Claire的惊吓、羞愧和不知所措表现得淋漓尽致。
02 精选动词，做到描述精准
动作细节，尤其是凝聚人物个性的细微动作，往往是个性化人物的特有标志（石静，2010）。性别、
性格、年龄、身份以及情景、环境都会影响人物的行动特点。仔细分析人物特点和所处环境，抓住最能体
现人物特征的动作，恰如其分地使用表示动作的词汇，才有可能把内容写充实、具体，把人物刻画得活灵
活现。因此，在描写动作时，要准确抓住人物在特定情景中行动的特点，选择恰当的动词，真实、准确、
贴切地描述动作过程，反映动作的细微差别。
例如，人教版高中英语教材Module 7 Unit 3 Under the Sea的第一篇阅读材料Old Tom the Killer Whale中这
样描写Old Tom的动作：We ran down to the shore in time to see an enormous animal opposite us throwing itself
out of the water and then crashing down again. 句中用了throwing和crashing两个动词，相比于其他动词（如
jumping和dropping ）更为精准，让读者充分感受到了Old Tom的重量和动作的力量。
03 添加修饰成分，实现描写生动
写好人物的举止动作，不仅需要准确选用表示动作的词语，而且要给动词加上适当的修饰成分。适当
的修饰语能细致地表达出动作的幅度、速度、力度等，使人物形象更具活力，能更好地表现人物的鲜明个
性与思想境界。动作描写中最常见的修饰成分就是状语，如副词、介词短语等。
例如，在体现动作的迅速和短暂时，我们可以添加以下修饰语：suddenly、immediately、instantly、
swiftly、rapidly、hastily、speedily、promptly、without pausing、without delay等。 另外，把动作和表情、心理结合起来描写，能写出人物的动作所表现出的神态、想法，从而能更生动地刻
画人物性格。例如，在上文提到的Satisfaction Guaranteed一文中，描写Claire看着Tony阅读时，将动作
looked at、reached for和with wonder、was amazed以及“How absurd!”“He was just a machine!”等表情和心
理描写结合起来，更好地表现了Claire的难以置信。
第四部分、动作描写词句积累
动词语料
1.伸懒腰；逗某人；快回来；急匆匆地走出去；穿过浅水河；

away. Margarito’s problems only grew from there as the water had somehow positioned the truck into the creek
bank at a 45-degree angle, making it difficult for him to open the driver’s side door. Injured and trapped inside withthe muddy water rising quickly, Margarito was certain he was going to die. Shaking with fear, he was at a loss
about what to do.
On the road right behind Margarito were a delivery worker named Steve and his nephew Mike, who were on
the way to deliver furniture to customers in the countryside. They witnessed the horrible incident, and when
Margarito’s truck came to rest in the middle of the overflowing creek, Steve quickly began to take action. First, he
grabbed a rope from the back of his vehicle and used it to ensure he could safely approach the truck.

seemed to know how to resolve the issue of what would happen to him when his mom died. My husband, Michael,
who too works at the center, started hearing about Patty and Stephen.
One morning in October, Patty quietly slipped away. Michael and I picked Stephen up after school, drove him
to a nearby park, and sat on a bench by a pond. I finally managed to say, “Stephen, we're sorry to have to tell you
this, but your mom came to an end this morning.” The sound that came out of his mouth was like nothing I'd ever

safe return. At long last, after four long days and nights, the sheriff received a phone call from a man named Tim
Halfin.
Tim Halfin’s house was about three miles away. He had heard of the missing boy when he returned home from
a business trip. He didn't think a three-year-old could walk that far to where he lived. However, as all the previous
searching efforts were in vain, he decided to try his luck around his own house.
Not long after he went out into the woods, he was surprised by what came into his sight. There was
Christopher! Aside from being dehydrated and very hungry, the kid was completely unharmed. He was found
outside the range where authorities were looking for him, so it’s pretty amazing that Tim discovered him.

Sydney immediately knew she was choking. The first aid training Sydney received more than four years ago
hit her. Most 15-year-olds might panic at the sight of this. But not Sydney. Instead, the teen remained calm and
quickly shouted to both her manager and the woman’s daughter to dial 911. Then, she dove through the drive-
through window and came to the rescue.
The teen pushed the driver’s side door forcefully open and got the choking woman to her feet. Then she dug
down deep into her memory bank to recall everything she learned from her Red Cross babysitter class-which she’d
taken four years earlier. All that training of how to use the Heimlich maneuver(哈姆立克急教法)immediatelykicked in. Still, she had never actually had to use the life-saving technique before, and after a few tries, it wasn’t
quite working. Luckily, another customer was just a few feet away in the parking lot.

especially hard to polish up fifteen pieces that I thought the crowd would enjoy, including many old classics.When the much-anticipated day finally arrived, my family and I drove to Carriage House. Walking through the
enormous double doors, we stepped into an entryway that overlooked the spacious grand dining room. Right at the
entrance to the dining room stood the piano as if it were just waiting to make some music to liven the place up a bit.
At nearly every table several gray-haired women or men were seated enjoying their dinner and the company that
the crowded room provided. Despite the conversations going on at various tables though, isolation hung like a dark
cloud in the room.
Almost immediately, we were greeted by an old woman with a walker who introduced herself as Phyllis in
charge of Carriage House. She welcomed me and led me to the stage.

Carl lost his job. He tried to find another one but it wasn’t easy. As a result, the poor fellow couldn’t pay his
bills and he couldn’t even find anybody to lend him any.Carl spent most of his days at home. Sometimes he looked out of the window and watched his neighbor’s
house. An old professor lived there alone. Strangely, he hardly talked to his neighbors. Carl could see into the
professor’s house because he never drew the curtain. The rooms were full of antique (古董) furniture and vases.
Carl thought, “If I got an antique vase, I could sell it for a lot of money.”
Every day Carl saw the professor. He left at 10 o’clock in the morning and came back home at 4 o’clock in the
afternoon. He had a dog. Carl often went to the fence and played with it or gave it a piece of meat.
One day Carl thought, “I will go into the professor’s house and steal a vase. I will break the window and climb
in. The dog is not a problem.”
There was an old gun in the cellar(地下室). It had been his great grandfather’s favorite thing a long time
before. Carl didn’t want to use the gun but he thought, “Anything could happen.”
He wanted to hide the gun under his coat but it was too long so he had to cut the end off with a saw（锯）.
The next morning he watched the professor leaving home at 10 o’clock. Carl climbed over the fence. The dog
ran to him and Carl gave it a big bone. He threw a piece of stone through the window, which broke. It wasn’t high.
He could climb into the house easily.
He looked around inside. There were paintings on the walls, small figures and vases on the shelves and the
floor. Carl didn’t know much about arts. He couldn’t choose. He reached his hands towards a big vase when he
heard a noise. The front door opened and someone entered the house.

bought a packet of cookies and found a place to sit. She took out a book and started to read. Although
she was absorbed in her book, she happened to see that the man sitting beside her, as bold(大胆的)as
he could be, grabbed(抓)a cookie or two from the bag in between them. Educated to be well-mannered,
she tried to ignore it to avoid an argument. But to show that she was the owner, she started to take

"How annoying!" she thought. As the greedy cookie thief kept eating, the woman munched(用力
咀嚼)some cookies and watched the clock.
She was getting angrier as the minutes went by, thinking, "If I weren't so nice, I would blacken his
eyes." With each cookie she took, he took one, too; when only one was left, she wondered what he
would do.
With a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it in half. He
offered her a half, and ate the other. She grabbed it from him, glared at him and thought, "Oh, brother.
This guy has some nerve and he is so rude! Why didn't he even show any gratefulness?"
She had never known when she had been so angry, and sighed in relief when her flight was called.
She gathered her belongings and headed to the gate quickly, refusing to look back at the rude thief. She
boarded the plane, sank in her seat, and looked for her book, which was almost complete.
