A Virtual Tour Around China
Last week, the Tech Club of our school held an exciting event “A Virtual Tour around China”, which turned
out to be a huge hit!
With the help of VR headsets, students visited a series of iconic sites, starting with the Great Wall, which
snaked majestically across the landscapes displayed in the headsets. They also explored the Forbidden City,
appreciating its vast courtyards and grand halls that once housed ancient emperors. The experience ended up with a
visit to the Terracotta Army in Xi’an and the details of each soldier in 3D truly stunned everyone.
This virtual tour provided students with a unique experience to appreciate the charm of China. Participants all
marveled at the realistic visual effects and the thrill of this virtual tour.

But I just couldn’t ignore the worry in the girl’s eyes. I decided to set George’s advice aside for a moment and

It seemed that I wasted much time on a sale of $5.98, but it taught me much. As I watched the girl leave the
store, her worry replaced by joy, I realized that there was more to this job than just making sales. The connection I
made with the customer, the satisfaction of helping her find something special within her means, was invaluable.
George, observing the exchange, seemed to understand that there was a lesson in what had just transpired. He didn’t
say anything, but the slight nod of his head suggested that he recognized the importance of caring for every
customer, regardless of their budget. It was a small sale, but it marked a significant shift in my understanding of
what it meant to serve others and the true value of a heartfelt connection in the world of business.
