What is intellectual disability? Intellectual disability is a term (术语) used when there
are limits (限制) to a person’s ability to learn at a low level in daily life. Levels of
intellectual disability are greatly different in children. Children with intellectual disability

In March, 2023, the Qianyun International Talents
Community located in Hangzhou organized a series of
volunteer activities. On the 4th of March, volunteers from
Abroad Path Leaders (APL) Public Social Service
Platform attended the launching ceremony (开幕式). The
datecame aday before Lei Feng’s Memorial Day.
During the ceremony, Eric the Leader of APL gave a speech. He expressed the
foreign volunteers’ wish to take part in “Hangzhou Asian Games” related to volunteer
activities. “For us ex-pats in a foreign country, volunteering helps us join into the local
