Living a Healthy Life
It’s important for us to live a healthy life. I’d like to share my healthy habits
with you. First, eat healthy food. I often eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
because I can get vitamin C from them. Second, exercise can keep our bone
health, so I do sports regularly. I play ping-pang with my classmates once a
month, and I walk to school every day. Keeping clean and tidy is also
important for our health. So I wash my hands before each meal and brushmy teeth twice a day.
In this way, we can have a happy and healthy life.
