本教材以教育部颁布的《义务教育英语课程标准(2022 年版)》为依据修订
编写。
本教材由张春柏教授和施嘉平老师担任主编。祁承辉老师担任三至五年级
分册主编。参与本教材编写的有傅璟、叶建军、朱虹、车建琴、陈一明、鲁勤、岳
良燕、桂凌俊、郑民军、余晓珍、孔琦、陈鹰、曾焕、岳旭、张晴、叶方兴以及上

的修订编写优化了结构与内容,整合了英语的学科逻辑、教学逻辑与学习逻辑,
