面试以试教方式进行，试教教材为招聘岗位相应学段学科教材，其中中学教师岗位及心理教师岗位试教教材为相应学科高中学段教材、小学教师岗位试教教材为相应学科小学学段教材；基层服务项目人员、退伍军人专项招聘岗位试教教材为小学语文教材。主要考核面试对象的教学设计、教学方法、语言表达、板书、教态等。每名面试考生备课15分钟，试教10分钟，最后1分钟举牌提醒。
