考点 08 并列连词和状语
从句（原卷版）
【命题趋势】
连词是高考必考点，每年都保持在一至两个题目，命题形式除了语法填空外还在完形
填空中进行考查，其考点主要句子之间的并列，转折，因果逻辑等。要求考生熟悉句型结
构，准确判断句子之间的逻辑关系。
状语从句则用来表示时间、地点、原因、条件、目的、结果 等方面的关系。语法填空
题型中，该部分是必考内容。状语从句的考查主要集中在条件状语从句、让步状语从句、
时间状语从句、原因状语从句和结果状语从句等中。解决状语从句的关键是找出句子之间
或从句与主句之间的逻辑关系。

1．when，while和as引导的时间状语从句
从句的动作和主句的动作可以同时发生，也可以先后发生。从句谓语
动词为延续性动词或非延续性动词。
when
作并列连词，意为“那时，这时”，常用于be about to do...when...；be
doing...when...；had just done...when...;be on the point of doing...when...等结构
中。
从句的动作与主句的动作同时发生，强调一段时间，从句的谓语动词
为延续性动词。
while 表示“尽管”，引导让步状语从句。
while作并列连词，意为“而，却”，表示对比。
从句的动作与主句的动作同时发生或交替进行，可译为“一边……；
as
一边……；随着……”，从句谓语一般为延续性动词。
When we handed him the bag of food，he lit up and thanked us with watery eyes.当我们递给他那包食物时，他对我们表示感谢，脸上露出喜色，眼睛也湿润了。

2．表示“一……就……”含义的词(短语)引导的时间状语从句
(1)as soon as；immediately；directly；instantly；the
moment/minute/instant；no sooner...than...；hardly...when...
(2)hardly...when...；no sooner...than...中主句用过去完成时,从句应用一般过去时；当
hardly和no sooner 位于句首时，主 句要部分倒装。
I had hardly got to the office when my wife phoned me to go back home at once. x!kw

He had no sooner finished his speech than the students started cheering.
＝No sooner had he finished his speech than the students started cheering.

3．引导时间状语从句的其他常见连词
(1)until与till引导的时间状语从句
until/till意为“直到……时”，引导时间状语从句时，表示主句的动作发生在从句的动
作之前。当主句的谓语动词是 延 续性动词时，主句常用肯定形式；当主句的谓语动词是
非 延 续性动词时，主句常用否定形式，意为“直到……才”。
(2)every/each time，next time，the first time，whenever等引导的时间状语从句。
(3)by the time引导时间状语从句时，从句用一般现在时,主句用将来完成时；从句用一
般过去时，主句用过去完成时。
Whenever we met with difficulties，they came to help us.
每当我们遇到困难，他们就来帮忙。
By the time you come back，we will have finished the job.当你回来的时候，我们将已经完成这项工作了。
让步状语从句

1．although，though，as与while引导的让步状语从句
(1) although引导让步状语从句时，只能用正常语序；though可用正常语序，也可用倒
装语序；as只能用倒装语序，即从句中的表语、状语或动词原形置于句首，若表语是单数
名词，前置时要省略冠词。
(2) although/though不能与but连用，但可以和yet，still连用。
(3)though 还可以作副词，意为“可是，然而”,置于句末。
(4)while引导让步状语从句时，一般置于句首。
While I always felt I would pass the exam，I never thought I would get an A．尽管我一直
觉得自己能通过考试，但是我从未想到会得A。
Although the job takes a significant amount of time，most students agree that the experience
is worth it.
虽然这份工作要花大量的时间，但大多数学生都同意这次经历是值得的。
Happy as they were，there was something missing.
尽管他们快乐，但总缺少什么。

2．even if与even though 引导的让步状语从句
He is so busy.He cannot afford enough time with his son even if he wants to.
他很忙。即使他想陪他的儿子也没有足够的时间。
3．“no matter＋疑问词”与“疑问词＋ever”；
whether...or...(不管……还是……)引导的让步状语从句
(1) “no matter＋疑问词”引导让步状语从句时，可转化成 “疑问词＋ever”。(2)whenever,wherever还可分别引导时间和地点状语从句。
It is generally considered unwise to give a child whatever he or she wants.
总的来说，孩子想要什么就给什么是不明智的。
However hard you try，it is difficult to lose weight without cutting down the amount you
eat.

条件状语从句

1．引导条件状语从句的连词：if；unless；so(as) long as；once；in case；on condition
that；supposing/suppose (that);provided/providing。
2．“祈使句＋and/or/otherwise＋陈述句”的句型中，祈使句在意义上相当于条件状
语从句。
3．条件状语从句中一般用一般现在时代替一般将来时，一般过去时代替过去将来时。
She says that she’ll have to close the shop unless business improves.
她说如果生意还没有起色的话，她就不得不把店关掉。
You can borrow my car as long as you promise not to drive too fast.
你可以借用我的车子只要你承诺不开太快。

3．as if/though引导方式状语从句时,从句中有时需用虚拟语气.
