Joseph Tsai’s In-depth Dialogue: AI Is No Longer A Tool, But Reshaping the $50 Trillion White-Collar Economy

3月24日，西门子RXD全球科技大会落地中国，阿里巴巴集团主席蔡崇信与西门子董事会主席博乐仁展开高端对谈，完整揭开了阿里未来十年的AI底层战略、行业竞争逻辑，以及人工智能对全球职场、工业产业的颠覆性重塑。
On March 24, Siemens RXD Global Technology Conference took place in China. Joseph Tsai, Chairman of Alibaba Group, and Roland Busch, Chairman of Siemens AG, held a high-end dialogue, fully unveiling Alibaba’s decade-long AI strategy, industrial competition logic, and AI’s disruptive reshaping of global workplaces and manufacturing industries.

很多人以为，阿里的AI转型是顺势跟风。但回溯企业发展脉络，阿里的技术布局，从来都是源于真实的业务困境与长期的战略远见。
Many assume Alibaba’s AI transformation follows market trends. However, reviewing its development, Alibaba’s technological layout has always stemmed from real business challenges and long-term strategic vision.

早在17年前，阿里电商业务迎来爆发，海量交易数据、用户偏好数据呈指数级增长，市面上没有成熟的技术体系承载庞大的数据体量。为了解决数据爆炸的难题，阿里自主研发底层架构，阿里云就此诞生。
Seventeen years ago, Alibaba’s e-commerce business boomed, generating exponential volumes of transaction and user-behavior data. Lacking mature external technical support, Alibaba built its underlying architecture independently, which gave rise to Alibaba Cloud.

From supporting e-commerce data to empowering universal computing and AI iteration, years of exploration have transformed Alibaba from an e-commerce platform into a global provider of AI and cloud services. Its unifying future core strategy is simple: AI drives everything.

如果说过去的AI，是人类随时调取的百科全书、被动响应的辅助工具。那么当下爆发的智能体（Agent）技术，标志着人工智能进入全新阶段。
Traditional AI acts as a passive encyclopedia and auxiliary tool at human disposal. Today’s booming Agent technology marks a brand-new era of artificial intelligence.

新一代智能体拥有自主规划、逻辑推理、长效记忆、闭环执行的高阶能力，无需人类反复指令，即可独立完成整套复杂工作，从「辅助副驾驶」，进阶为企业的虚拟员工。
New-generation agents possess advanced capabilities including independent planning, logical reasoning, long-term memory and closed-loop execution. They can complete complex tasks without repeated human instructions, upgrading from workplace copilots to corporate virtual employees.

为了让所有人看懂智能体的落地价值，蔡崇信团队基于开源框架龙虾OpenClaw，搭建了一套完整的AI团队，复刻自媒体博主的全部工作链路。
To demonstrate the practical value of agents, Tsai’s team built a full AI workforce based on the open-source framework OpenClaw, replicating the entire workflow of a content creator.

四个分工明确的智能体，各司其职、协同作业：新闻智能体捕捉全球前沿科技趋势，观点智能体提炼核心洞察，创作智能体独立输出内容，校验智能体完成修改与品质审核。四者联动，即可替代一名完整的知识型内容从业者。
Four specialized agents work collaboratively: one screens global tech trends, one refines core insights, one completes original writing, and one conducts proofreading and optimization. Jointly, they can fully replace a professional knowledge-based content worker.

这一场技术试验，直白揭露了时代真相：被AI重构的时代，最先被迭代的，是白领知识型劳动。
This technical experiment reveals a brutal truth of the era: In the AI reshaping wave, white-collar knowledge work will be the first to be iterated.

蔡崇信给出了极具震撼力的宏观预判：全球整体经济规模约110万亿美元，劳动力经济占比六成，其中三分之二依靠知识型脑力劳动。这意味着，近50万亿美元的白领市场价值，正在被智能体重构、升级、颠覆。
Joseph Tsai delivered a striking macro prediction: The global economy totals $110 trillion, with labor accounting for 60%. Two-thirds of labor comes from knowledge-based white-collar work, which means nearly $50 trillion worth of white-collar market value will be reshaped and subverted by AI agents.

标准化的文案撰写、信息筛选、数据复盘、市场分析、内容调研，所有重复性、流程化的脑力工作，都会逐步交由虚拟员工承接。
Standardized work including content writing, information screening, data review, market analysis and research will gradually be undertaken by virtual AI employees.

但技术颠覆从不是全盘替代。谈及AI与企业管理者的关系，蔡崇信给出了清醒的答案：AI永远不会取代CEO。
Yet technological disruption never means full replacement. On the relationship between AI and corporate leaders, Tsai offered a sober view: AI will never replace CEOs.

智能体擅长执行、复盘、细碎事务的落地，却无法完成战略判断、价值取舍、长期决策。AI可以解放管理者的琐碎工作，让企业家剥离繁杂事务，专注企业未来布局与顶层思考，让顶级人力的价值，最大化释放。
Agents excel at task execution and operational review, but cannot make strategic judgments, value trade-offs or long-term decisions. AI frees leaders from trivial work, allowing them to focus on corporate layout and top-level thinking, maximizing the value of human decision-makers.

针对市场热议的「AI泡沫论」，蔡崇信直接打破行业焦虑。很多人质疑：模型迭代终会饱和，数据终将耗尽，人工智能的热潮终将褪去。
Regarding the widespread “AI bubble” skepticism, Tsai dispelled industry anxiety. Many question that model iteration will eventually saturate, data will be exhausted, and the AI boom will fade.

但真实的AI行业，是一套无限正向的循环：使用模型的人越多，产生的数据越丰富；海量场景数据，持续喂养、训练、迭代新一代模型。
However, the AI industry forms an infinite positive loop: The more users adopt AI models, the richer scenario data becomes, which continuously trains and upgrades new-generation models.

模型的迭代永远不会停止。不止头部科技企业，所有工业用户、实体企业、产业客户，都会根据自身场景微调、训练、私有化优化模型。推理产生的真实产业数据，源源不断推动技术升级，让人工智能成为永不停歇、没有终点的长期事业。
Model iteration never stops. Not only leading tech companies, but also industrial and entity enterprises will continuously fine-tune and privatize models based on real scenarios. Real industrial data generated by reasoning fuels endless technological upgrading, making AI an ongoing, endless long-term undertaking.

在激烈的全球AI竞速中，阿里的定位早已迭代。早在ChatGPT问世三年前，阿里就基于Transformer架构自研大模型。而ChatGPT引爆全球AI浪潮之后，阿里彻底明确战略：不止是提供算力与服务的云厂商，更要跻身全球顶尖模型公司。
Amid fierce global AI competition, Alibaba’s positioning has upgraded. Three years before ChatGPT’s launch, Alibaba began independent LLM research based on the Transformer architecture. After ChatGPT ignited the global AI wave, Alibaba clarified its strategy: it aims not only to be a cloud service provider, but also a world-class model vendor.

当下全球AI格局泾渭分明：海外坐拥OpenAI、Anthropic、谷歌Gemini等顶级模型。而阿里的目标，是守住中国头部模型阵营，参与全球技术竞速。
The global AI landscape is clearly divided: overseas markets own top-tier models such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini. Alibaba’s goal is to rank among China’s top model providers and compete in global technological competition.

这是一场极度残酷的竞速赛：行业迭代速度极快，数月之间就可能被对手反超。想要留在顶级赛道，唯有依靠企业管理层的坚定决心，以及持续、巨额、长期的资本与技术投入。
This is an extremely brutal race. The industry iterates rapidly, with competitors overtaking each other within months. Staying in the top track requires resolute management determination and sustained, massive long-term investment in capital and technology.

为此，阿里采取「开源+闭源」双线战略：万亿参数千问大模型以API形式提供商用服务，轻量化模型全面开源，面向终端设备、制造业、中小企业开放，支持私有化部署与场景微调。
To achieve this goal, Alibaba adopts a dual open-source and closed-source strategy: the trillion-parameter Qwen model provides commercial API services, while lightweight open-source models serve terminal devices, manufacturing factories and SMEs, supporting private deployment and scenario-based fine-tuning.

无论客户选择开源或是闭源模型，所有技术落地，都离不开云端算力支撑。这套完整的商业闭环，正是阿里布局工业AI、赋能实体产业的核心底气。
Whether clients choose open-source or closed-source models, technological implementation relies on cloud computing support. This complete commercial closed loop underpins Alibaba’s industrial AI layout for empowering real industries.

而中国，正是全球工业AI最好的试验场。
China, undoubtedly, is the world’s best test field for industrial AI.

作为全球制造业第一大国，中国占据全球30%的工业产出，沉淀了海量、真实、独特的产线数据、制造数据、产业数据。丰富且复杂的实体场景，让工业AI得以持续落地、试错、迭代、成熟。
As the world’s largest manufacturing country, China accounts for 30% of global industrial output and accumulates massive authentic manufacturing and production line data. Diverse and complex physical scenarios enable continuous implementation, trial and iteration of industrial AI.

依托与西门子的深度合作，阿里的算法、软件、大模型能力，叠加西门子深耕工业数十年的制造经验，双向互补、落地共生，让工业副驾驶、产业智能体走进真实车间，让人工智能真正落地实体经济。
