教学目标
~1. Learn and master the new word: agent and travel . 2. Further consolidate if—conditional and
apply if—conditional to talk about the result or influence. 3. Review how to use “will + do”. 4.

2学情分析
~班里70%的同学英语成绩还不错,其余30%的同学英语成绩不好。本节课主要教学if 引导的
条件状语从句的用法,从句一般现在时主句一般将来时或祈使句或含情态动词。对于成绩好
点的学生会拓展一些活动比如句子游戏。成绩差点的同学就做一些最基础性的句子练习,我
会相对应地给一些提示帮助。本节课我会侧重于用if条件句引出生活中的情感教育,比
如:Money isn’t everything! Helping others makes us happy! To be happy is the most important.
3重点难点
~Importance(重点): Master some key words and phrases. Difficulty(难点): Learn to apply if—
conditional to talk about the result or influence.

活动1【导入】~Step1. Revision and warm－up
~T: Good morning, everybody! Nice to meet you! Today I’m your new teacher. I’m
happy to give you an English class. I have good news to tell you. Last week, I lost
my purse, but today I got it back. I’m very happy. OK, now tell me! If you find a
purse on the ground, what will you do? Ss: I will give it to my teacher or the
policeman. / I won’t touch it. T: If you open it and find so much money in it, will
you spend all the money? Ss: No. T: Yeah! That’s not a good behavior. We should
give it back. And if you give it back, what will the owner feel? Ss: He / She will be
happy, and he / she will be thankful to you. T: If you give it back, what will you
feel? Ss: I will be happy, too. T: Helping others can make us happy. To be happy is
important to us. Lead to new lesson.
活动2【讲授】~Step2. Presentation
1. Teaching activity 1a Ask the student to look at the phrases in 1a and circle
three things that they think they are the most important to them. Then the
teacher checks 2 or 3 students to show their answers. Teach the new word: travelThe teacher gives some explaination. 2. Listening practice Ask students to look at
the pictures and talk about what they see. Then the teacher reads the statements
in 1b. Teach: agent (Explain: An agent is a person who works for another person
or a company.) T: Let’s listen to the conversations. And put an “A” before each
thing the soccer agent talks and a “P” before each thing Michael’s parents talk
about. (Ask students to pay attention to the pronunciation and the emotion in the
conversations when they listen.) Play the recording the first time, the students
complete it. Then check answers. The teacher reads the statements in 1c. Teach:
around the world. Then play the recording the second time, ask students to
complete the sentences in 1c. Write the letters in the correct blanks. One student
shows his or her answers in front of the blackboard. Check the answers. At last,
ask students to read the complete sentences together.

1. Help students to understand the conversations. The teacher explains the keys
in them. 2. Read the conversations after the teacher one sentence by one. 3. Read
the conversations in rules. (Michael, agent, mother and father)
活动4【活动】~Step4. Practice (Activity1d)
T: Michael has no idea to decide if he joins the Lions. Suppose you are Michael’s
friend, give him some advice. Do you agree with the agent or Michael’s parents?
Choose several students to show their advice, they can use the information in 1d
or their own ideas.
