2学情分析
The content of my lesson is the reading part of Unit5 Do you want to watch a game show? in
Book3 of GO FOR IT. It’s about cartoons and
cartoon characters. Such a topic is related to our daily life, so it may be easy to arouse the
students’ learning interest. The topic is firmly
connected with the language goal of this unit, i.e., talk about preferences.Therefore, this lesson
is in the important part of this unit.
Our students are in Grade 8. They are active and curious and they are interested in new things.
After learning English for more than 1 year,
they can understand and use some simple English. But because of limited vocabulary and
language learning experience, they may need the teacher’s guidance and help.
3重点难点1)The students may be too shy or nervous to engage in the class.
2)The students may have trouble talking about Mickey a little deeply.
3)The students maybe not so good at group work.
