一般过去时|小升初+中考满分精讲+全套必考动词+真题训练先给一句总纲领，牢牢刻在脑子里：
一般过去时，专门描述：发生在过去、已经彻底结束的动作或者状态，这件事和现在没有延续关系。
只要一件事做完了，发生在昨天、上周、刚才、去年……我们就用它。
对比两句，一秒分清它和一般现在时：
I eat noodles every day. 我每天吃面条（经常性、习惯，一般现在时）
I ate noodles yesterday. 我昨天吃了面条（昨天吃完了，动作结束，一般过去时）
踩坑提醒：很多同学会写 Yesterday I eat noodles. 这是典型错误！只要有过去时间，实义动词要变成过去式。
一、怎么判断要用一般过去时？找时间信号词
看到下面这些词，优先考虑一般过去时，选择题、完形填空直接锁定时态。
1. yesterday 昨天；yesterday morning 昨天早上；yesterday afternoon 昨天下午；yesterday evening 昨天傍晚
2. last 加时间：last night 昨晚，last week 上周，last month 上个月，last year 去年
3. …ago ……以前：three days ago 三天前，five years ago 五年前，a moment ago 片刻之前
4. just now 刚才；then 那时；at that time 在那个时候
5. in 加过去年份：in 2020 在2020年
补充中考难点：句子里没有写时间词，但是对话的语境暗示事情是刚才、之前发生的，也要用一般过去时。

二、两大分支：be动词的过去时 & 实义动词的过去时
第一部分：be动词（am / is / are）的过去式
基础变化先记牢：am 和 is 的过去式统一是 was；are 的过去式是 were。
简易口诀：我、他、她、它、单数名词用was；你、所有人称复数，全部都用were。

❌ 否定句结构：主语 + was / were + not + 其他内容
was not 可以缩写成 wasn’t；were not 可以缩写成 weren’t

❓ 一般疑问句：把 was / were 挪到句子最开头
回答格式：Yes，主语 + was/were. 或者 No，主语 + wasn’t/weren’t.
—Was she busy last Sunday? 她上周日忙吗？
—Yes, she was. 是的，她很忙。
—Were they in the park yesterday? 他们昨天在公园吗？
—No, they weren’t. 不，他们不在。
❔ 特殊疑问句：疑问词放最前面，后面跟上 was / were，再加主语
Where was you just now？❌（错！you 搭配 were）

第二部分：实义动词的过去时（考试重中之重，出错最多）
核心规则：肯定句里，动词要变成过去式；一旦句子里出现 did 或者 didn’t，后面的动词必须变回原形，绝对不能再加ed！这是小升初、中考第一高频错题点。
一句话记住：有did没ed，有ed没did
✅ 肯定句结构：主语 + 动词过去式 + 其他

❌ 否定句结构：主语 + didn’t + 动词原形 + 其他

⚠️ 错误示范：I didn’t visited… 记住，didn’t 后面，动词一定是原形！
❓ 一般疑问句：Did 放到句子开头，主语后面用动词原形
回答格式：Yes，主语 + did. / No，主语 + didn’t.

—No, he didn’t. 不，他没有打。

三、动词过去式变化规则（规则变化）
口诀：直加ed，e只加d，辅y变i加ed，重读闭音节双写尾字母再加ed。
1. 大多数动词，直接在末尾加上 ed
work → worked 工作；clean → cleaned 打扫；walk → walked 走路
例：I walked to school yesterday. 我昨天走路去上学。
2. 单词本身以字母 e 结尾，只需要在末尾加 d
live → lived 居住；dance → danced 跳舞；close → closed 关闭
例：She danced at the party last night. 她昨晚在派对上跳舞了。
3. 单词结尾是辅音字母 + y：把 y 改成 i，再加 ed
study → studied 学习；worry → worried 担心；carry → carried 搬运
例：He studied English three days ago. 他三天前学习了英语。
补充例外：如果 y 的前面是元音字母 a e i o u，直接加 ed，不用改y
play → played 玩耍；stay → stayed 停留
例：They stayed at home last week. 他们上周待在家里。
4. 重读闭音节单词，结构是“辅音+元音+辅音”结尾，双写最后一个辅音字母，再加 ed
stop → stopped 停下；shop → shopped 购物；plan → planned 计划；drop → dropped 掉落
例：The bus stopped a moment ago. 公交车刚才停下了。
额外补充 ed 的三种读音，听力题会用到：
清辅音 /p/ /k/ /f/ /s/ 后面，ed 读 /t/，比如 stopped /stɒpt/
元音或者浊辅音后面，ed 读 /d/，比如 played /pleɪd/，lived /lɪvd/
单词本身以 t 或者 d 结尾，ed 读 /ɪd/，比如 wanted /ˈwɒntɪd/，needed /ˈniːdɪd/
四、不规则动词过去式（没有ed，单独背诵，小升初必考，中考高频）
这一部分没有统一规律，分成四组，方便分批记忆，全部例句核对准确：
第一组：原形和过去式长得一模一样，读音大多不变，只有 read 读音变化
