教学目标 ♦ Students can understand and use the words and phrasal verbs: repair, fix, broken, wheel, fix up, give away, take after. ♦ Train students’ speaking and listening abilities. ♦ Learn to offer help. 2学情分析 ♦ 学习内容分析 本节课是人教版新目标八年级英语下册第2单元SectionB(1a-1e)部分的内容。 这部分侧重同情和关爱。在语言方面进一步学习动词短语。策略上,强调理解、分辨词性的重 要性,引导学生在语言运用中通过词性判断及理解词义;情感上,教育、培养学生对他人表示同 情几关爱。 1a-1e的部分侧重于短语动词的学习和听说技能的训练。1a-1d活动的目的在于让学生通 过听来获取信息。随后,学生要在此基础上进行信息加工,完成1e的语言输出活动。 ♦ 学习者分析 处于八年级下学期的学生已经有了一定的听说能力,但是对于关爱他人的主题 较陌生。 3重点难点 通过听力的训练让学生理解所学动词词组,并由此达到会运用词组进行口头表 达。 4教学过程 4.1 第一学时 4.1.1教学活动 活动1【导入】Leading-in Show a map of Ningxia and introduce the south of Ningxia.(We are in the north of Ningxia. But in the south of Ningxia, some people live a poor life.) 活动2【讲授】Presentation 1.Show four pictures of students in the south of Ningxia.Ask questions: (1)What can you see in the picture? (2)What can you do to help them? 2.Write the new phrasal verbs on the blackboard and explain them in English. Then teach students to read the phrasal verbs. run out of (use up) take after (be similar to) fix up (repair) give away 活动3【活动】Before listening 1.Show each picture of Jimmy and ask questions. Picture1: (1) Does Jimmy have any money in his pocket? (2) What problem do you think he has? Picture2: (1) Is the bike in the picture new or old? (2) What's Jimmy doing? Picture3:(1) What does Jimmy find? (2) Does the bike have a broken wheel? Picture4: (1) How does the bike look in the picture? (2) What does Jimmy do with the bike? 2.Show four pictures of Jimmy and ask students to match the phrasal verbs with the pictures. 活动4【活动】Listening 1. Play the recording. Ask students to listen and number the pictures 1-4 in correct order. Then check the answers. 2. Play the recording again. Ask students to circle true or false for each sentence. Then check the answers. 活动5【活动】After listening 1.Show the tapescripts, play the recoding and let students role-play the conversation. 活动6【练习】Practice 1. Ask students to role-play the conversation in pairs. Ask seversl pairs to perform their conversations.2.Show four pictures and ask students retell the story about Jimmy in groups. Ask several groups to tell the stories. 活动7【练习】Consolidation Ask students to do some exercise. 活动8【作业】Homework 1. Do 1a and 1b on page 13 in our books. 2. Write a short story about Jimmy according to the listening.
