4.1 第Step 1. Warming-up Play an English song: If you are
happy and you know it, clap your hands. Step 2. Word study
1) Teach the parts of the body by showing the picture. 2)
Play a game: Touch and Say Step 3. Presentation and
practice 1) T: Are you happy Ss: Yes, we are. T: when
there is something wrong with your body, are you still
happy Ss: No. T: look at the picture, is he happy
Ss: No, he isn’t. T: What’s the matter with him
(Help the Ss answer: He has a cold) 2) Present other
pictures, talk about health problems of persons in the
pictures. 3) Explain five different sentences. 4) Do
listening 1b, number the names. Then check the answer by
asking different Ss. 5) Ss work in pairs and ask them to
try to use different sentences Step 4. Listening and
practice 1) T: Just now we learned people’s health problems.
When we know their problems, what should we do We should
give them advice. Ask Ss to listen and match the problems
with the advice. After they complete 2a, check the answers
together. 2) Do 2b. Ask Ss to listen again and fill in
the blanks. Then check the answers one by one and explain
some new words if necessary. 3) Role playing: ask Ss tomake a four-people group, one of them is a doctor, the
other three are patients, ask the Ss to role play the
dialogue . Then invite some groups to perform their
conversations, select the best doctor and the best patient.
Step 5. Summary Today we learned some parts of our body
and some names of illnesses. Now we can talk about
people’s health problems and give them some advice.
