教学目标 1.知识与技能 1.单词: hair, curly, straight, height, tall, medium, thin, heavy, build. 2.句型:-- What does he/she look like? --He/She is tall and has long hair. --What do you look like? --I’m thin. 2.能力目标 : 1.学完本课,学会描述人物外貌。 2.能积极思维,运用所学单词,短语及句型,结合实际生活进行灵活运用。 3.情感目标: 让学生学会友好地描述别人的形象。 2学情分析 1、本节课的学习者分析主要是根据七年级学生对描述人的外貌及看法. 2、学生通过前面的学习,对一些单词,句子都有了一定的了解,同时也具备了一定的学习能力 和表达能力。 3、学生普遍思维较活跃,可以通过自主学习与合作学习基本能自己分析问题、解决问题。 4、学生的合作学习的经验还不足,需要教师在一定程度上加以引导 3重点难点 重点:掌握本课新单词、句型和怎样描述一个人的外貌。 难点 :掌握运用动词have和be描述人物外貌的方法。 4教学过程 4.1 第一学时 4.1.1教学活动 活动1【活动】活动一 Step I. Warming-up: shake your shoulders, shua shua shua (上下抖动肩膀) Shake your hands ,clap clap clap (甩甩手,拍三下) Shake your hip ,pia pia pia (扭扭屁股,打三下)Shake your feet ,dong dong dong (抖抖脚,跺三下) 活动2【活动】活动二 Step2 Presentation T: Who is your monitor? Please stand in front of the classroom. Do you like him/ her? What does he/she look like? Is he/she tall/short? 2. Show the photos of some famous people to introduce hairstyle, height and buil d. Teach the new words and the new sentence pattern. 3. Go over the spelling and the pronunciation of the new words with the Ss. 活动3【活动】活动三 Step 3 Matching(1a) Let the Ss look at the picture and match the people in the picture with the words. And check the answers together ? 活动4【活动】活动四 Step4 Listening(1b) Let the Ss listen Activity 1b carefully, fill in the blanks in the picture and find Amy’s friend. We can listen twice.The first time, just listen.The second time,listen and fill in the blanks.And say something about Amy’s friend’s look.( He's really tall.And he has curly hair.) 活动5【导入】活动五 Step5 Practice Discuss with your partner of the person you like ,and to describe their appearanc e.
