教学目标 Knowledge Objectives: 1. Ss Learn to ask questions with "How long" and "How far", and answer them correctly. 2. Ss practice using "by+tool" and "take/drive/ride+a/the+tool" in sentences correctly. Ability Objectives: 1. Ss can ask and answer about means of transportation in their everyday life. 2. Ss can talk about how they like those means and tell the reasons. Moral Objectives: 1. Lead Ss to think about the different experience of different transportation means. 2. Encourage Ss to find out something interesting on different transportation rides. 2学情分析 1. From the last teaching period, students are familiar with traffic tools but still confused about the different use of "by" with "take". 2. Thanks to the teaching of numbers last term, students can hear and speak numbers 1~999, but not so sure about their spelling. 3. After being classmates for half an year, students are still in the interest of interviewing each other about their personal life. 4. Students of Gade Seven usually take an active part in the class practice and are proud to speak for themselves in class. 3重点难点 Distinguish "How long" and "How far" with sample sentences. 4教学过程 4.1 第一学时 4.1.1Lead-in Q&A:How do you get to school every day? 1. Randomly pick students to answer the question orally.2. Present the key part of students' answers on Bb. by car/train/subway/... ride a bike/walk/... 4.1.2Listening 1. Ss observe the chart and predict the target information. 2. Ss listen to the recording and fill in the chart. 3. Check the answers orally. 4. Ss work in pairs to retell the recording. 4.1.3Presentation 1. Present sample sentences on PPT for students to understand. 2. Encourage students to ask questions for the marked part. 3. Pick students to answer the target questions. 4.1.4Drills--Listening 1. Ss observe the picture of 2d and predict what the conversation is about. 2. Present the questions and statements for students to answer and check out. 3. Check the answers orally. 4. Ss read the conversation in pairs by themselves. 4.1.5Drills--Grammar Exercises 1. Ss finish the exercises of 3a individually. 2. Check the answers orally. 3. Pick Ss to finish the exercises of 3b orally. 4. Ss write down the sentences by themselves and check each other's work. 4.1.6Practice1. Ss work in pairs to make up similar conversations of their own. 2.
