Rebecca’s family kept sheep and goats. Her family depended on farming the land to get food
for their animals. Rebecca went to school and helped her family care for the animals when she was
home.
One very hot day, Rebecca found her mum crying because their crops were not growing well.
There was hardly any rain, and their animals might get sick. The next day, Rebecca asked her
teacher why there was so little rain those days, and her teacher explained that it was because of
something called climate change.
