How is it going? Learning that you are a great enthusiast for science and
technology, I can’t hold back my thrill to invite you to attend our annua l
School Science Fair.
The fair ， intended to motivate us students to put our knowledge into
practice，is due to be held in our Science Exhibition Hall from 9：00 am
next Saturday.It is a golden opportunity for us to display our talents for solving
scientific problems.Present are approximately 20 students who will present their
projects and the candidate with the most innovative item will be awarded
“The Highest Honour”.

(1)though引导的让步状语从句可倒装可不倒装。
(2)as引导让步状语从句时，从句需倒装。其结构为：
·单数可数名词(无冠词)/形容词＋as＋主语＋be＋其他成分；
·动词原形＋as＋主语＋助动词/情态动词＋其他成分；
·副词＋as＋主语＋谓语动词＋其他成分。
[点拨] although引导的从句不能倒装；它们可以与yet，still连用，不能与but
连用。
