一、教学目标
(一)语言能力目标
1. Students are able to accurately identify and speak movement-related words, such
as baseball, basketball, jump rope, etc.
2. Students can understand the dialogue about the ownership of sports items and

3. Students can use the target sentence pattern of " How often do you...?"And its

(一)Warming up(5 分钟)
1. Greetings
Say hello to the students and have a brief chat to create a relaxing atmosphere.
2. Lead-in
Show some pictures of sports stars and ask students if they know them and what
sports they play.
Then ask students what sports they like and why.
(二)Presentation(10 分钟)
1. Show the pictures in 1a and present the sports items one by one. Ask students to
read the words after the teacher and repeat several times.
2. Have students write the sports items in the box under the pictures. Check the
answers together.
(三)Listening practice 1b(10 分钟)
1. Play the conversations at a sports centre for the first time. Ask students to listen
carefully and answer the three questions.
Whose football is it?
Whose baseball glove is it?
Whose tennis racket is it? How do you know?
2. Play the recording again. Students listen and complete the table with the correct
information.
3. Check the answers and have students explain how they got the answers.
(四)Pair work 1d(10 分钟)
1. Have students work in pairs. Ask them to find one sports item that they both
have.
2. Then they talk about the sport or exercise they do with it using the target
language:
Do you have a ping-pong bat?
Yes, I do.
How often do you play ping-pong?
I play it three times a week.
3. Walk around the classroom and offer help if needed. Invite some pairs to present
their conversations to the class.
(五)Pronunciation(8 分钟)
1. Listen and repeat
Play the recording of the pronunciation part. Students listen and repeat, paying

Add one more word to each group and have students practice pronouncing
them.
2. Listen and clap
Play the sentences and ask students to clap when they hear the stressed words.
Play it again and have students repeat the sentences, emphasizing the stressed
words.
(六)Summary and Homework(2 分钟)
1. Summarize the key points of this lesson, including the sports items and the target
language about frequency.
2. Assign homework: Ask students to write a short passage about their favorite sport
and how often they do it.
五、教学反思
在本次公开课教学中,通过多种教学方法的运用,学生们在情景中积极参
与,较好地掌握了运动相关的词汇和句型。在发音练习部分,还需要给予学生更
多的时间和指导,以确保他们能够准确发音。在今后的教学中,应进一步加强对
