Why or why not? 2. Show some pictures of beautiful mountains and ask students if they have ever climbed a mountain. T: Look at these pictures. They are mountains. Have you ever climbed a mountain? Ss: Yes/No. T: How do you feel when you climb a mountain? (二)Pre-reading(5 minutes) 1. Present the title of the passage: "How do we feel about the weather?" and ask students to predict what the passage might be about. T: Today we are going to read a passage about climbing a mountain. What do you think you can see, hear, or feel when you climb a mountain? Let's have a guess. Ss: Maybe we can see beautiful scenery, hear the sound of birds, or feel tired. 2. Teach some new words and phrases related to the passage, such as "rest area", "in high spirits", "make good progress", "magical place". (三)While-reading(20 minutes) 1. Fast reading Ask students to read the posts by Helen and Peter quickly and answer the question: Are they visiting the same place? Ss: Yes, they are visiting Mount Huangshan. 2.
