一、教学目标

引导学生回忆和分享自己的难忘经历,培养学生的逻辑思维和批判性思
维。
通过对故事的创作和反思,培养学生的想象力和创造力。

让学生了解不同文化中人们对难忘日子的理解和表达方式。
二、教学重难点
1. 教学重点
掌握一般过去时态的用法,能够准确描述过去的事件和感受。
运用所学词汇和句型进行故事创作,培养学生的语言表达能力。

如何引导学生在故事创作中合理运用连接词和过渡句,使故事连贯、有
条理。

三、教学方法

四、教学过程
(一)Warming-up (5 minutes)
1. Greetings and free talk

weekends.
Ask some questions like: How was your weekend? What did you do?
2. Lead-in
Show some pictures of memorable days, such as a birthday party, a school trip,
or a family gathering.
Ask the students: What do you see in these pictures? Do you have a
memorable day like this?
(二)Presentation (10 minutes)
1. Present the target language
Write some sentences on the blackboard using the simple past tense, such as: I
went to the park yesterday. We had a great time.
Explain the usage of the simple past tense and the rules of verb forms.
2. Vocabulary learning
Present the new words and phrases of this unit, such as memorable, at first,
then, and lightning.
Use pictures and examples to help students understand the meanings of the
words.
(三)Group discussion (10 minutes)
1. Divide the students into groups of four or five.
2. Give each group the questions in 3a: What did you see or do there? How did you
feel? Did you learn anything?
3. Ask the students to share their interesting or special experiences in the group.
Encourage them to speak freely and take notes.
(四)Story writing (15 minutes)
1. Ask each group to write a chain story together based on their discussions. Remind
them to take turns adding one or two sentences each.
2. Circulate around the classroom and offer help and guidance when needed.
3. After the groups finish writing, invite some groups to share their stories with the
class.
(五)Reflection and summary (5 minutes)
1. Show the reflection questions on the PPT: How well can you do these things?
I can talk about special experiences of the day.
I can read and write diary entries about school trips.
I can use the simple past tense to talk about what happened in the past.
I can share what I learnt from past experiences.

2. Ask them to share their stories with their parents or friends and get feedback.
