2. Show some pictures of different weather conditions (rainy, cloudy, windy, snowy)

Step 2: Reading (10 minutes)
1. Present the weather report about Chengdu and ask students to read it silently.
T: Now, let's read a weather report about Chengdu. Please read it carefully and try
to understand the main idea.
2. Ask students to underline the key information from the table in the report.
T: After reading, please underline the information from the table in your books.
3. Check the answers and explain the difficult points.
T: Let's check the answers together. Who wants to share?
Step 3: Group Work (10 minutes)
1. Divide students into groups and ask them to choose a city and find information
about its weather conditions on a certain day. Make a similar table to the one in 3a.
T: Now, let's work in groups. Choose a city you like and find the weather
information. Make a table like the one in 3a.
2. Circulate around the classroom and offer help and guidance to the groups.
Step 4: Writing (15 minutes)
1. Ask each group to write a weather report with the information from their table.
T: Based on the table you made, write a weather report. Remember to use the
correct language and sentence structures.
2. Invite some groups to share their reports in front of the class.
