一、教学目标
1. 语言知识目标
Students can understand and correctly use the nominal subject pronouns
(four, mine, her, his, etc.) and frequency adverbs (seldom, hardly ever, river,
sometimes, often, usually, always, etc.).
Students can master the sentence patterns that ask and express the frequency
of doing something, such as " How often do you...?"" I...once/twice/three times a
week. " et al.
2. 语言技能目标
By reading and analyzing sentences, we can accurately judge the usage of the
nominal principal pronoun and frequency adverbs.
Be able to correctly use nominal pronouns and frequency adverbs in dialogue to
describe the ownership and frequency of activity.
Be able to complete the written expression according to the given information, and
describe the personal exercise habits and frequency.
3. 情感态度目标
Cultivate students' consciousness of actively participating in physical
exercise and establish the concept of healthy life.

二、教学重难点

四、教学过程
（一）导入（5 分钟）
1. 教师通过展示一些运动图片，如跑步、打篮球、打羽毛球等，引导学生谈
论自己喜欢的运动。
T: Look at these pictures. What sports do you like?
Ss: I like running / playing basketball / playing badminton...
2. 教师提问学生平时运动的频率，引入频度副词的学习。
T: How often do you do these sports?
Ss: I do them once a week / twice a month...
（二）语法呈现（10 分钟）
1. 教师展示 Grammar Focus 中的句子，让学生观察并找出其中的名词性物主
代词和频度副词。
Is this baseball glove yours? Yes, that's mine.
Whose badminton racket is this? I think it's Han Lin's. His has "HL" on it.
Do you often play ping-pong? Yes, I play once / twice / three times a week.
I play it twice a week, usually at weekends.
How often do you play football? I seldom / hardly ever play it.
I never do.
2. 教师讲解名词性物主代词和频度副词的用法，通过举例帮助学生理解。
名词性物主代词：yours（你的）、mine（我的）、his（他的）、hers（她
的）等，相当于“形容词性物主代词 + 名词”。
频度副词：seldom（很少）、hardly ever（几乎不）、never（从不）、
sometimes（有时）、often（经常）、usually（通常）、always（总是），频度依
次递增。
（三）练习巩固（15 分钟）
1. 3a 练习
学生阅读句子，判断加粗的代词所指，并圈出频度副词，按照频率从低到
高排序。
教师巡视并给予指导，然后请学生回答，全班核对答案。
2. 3b 练习
学科网（北京）股份有限公司学生完成对话，选择正确的代词填空。
小组内互相检查答案，教师抽查并讲解易错点。
3. 3c 练习
学生阅读短文，选择 always, usually, sometimes, seldom 或 never 填空。
邀请学生分享答案，教师进行点评和总结。
（四）小组活动（10 分钟）
1. 学生分组进行 3d 的活动，互相询问如何保持健康，记录相关信息。
A: How do you keep fit?
B: I like jogging. I jog twice a week.
A: What else do you do?
B: I also play badminton sometimes.
2. 每个小组推选一名代表进行汇报。
In our group, A likes jogging twice a week. B sometimes plays badminton...
（五）总结与作业布置（5 分钟）
1. 教师总结本节课的重点内容，包括名词性物主代词和频度副词的用法。
2. 布置作业
用名词性物主代词和频度副词写一篇关于自己和家人运动习惯的短文。
背诵 Grammar Focus 中的句子。
五、教学反思
通过本节课的教学，学生对名词性物主代词和频度副词有了一定的理解和掌
握，但在实际运用中可能还会出现一些错误。在今后的教学中，应加强练习和巩
固，同时创设更多真实的语境，让学生在实际交流中提高语言运用能力。
