一、面试说明
湖北省农村义务教师小学英语面试，建议**全英为主，关键指令中英结合**。小学生英语基础有限，课堂指令可用简单英语配合肢体动作，保持“可理解性输入”。备课30分钟，试讲10分钟。以下模板以**对话课**（最高频）为主，词汇课、阅读课、语音课在文末附有适配说明。
二、试讲前的备课提纲（30分钟内完成）
拿到备课纸后，前5分钟快速填空：

① 呈现核心词汇（用实物、图片、动作教学）

四、板书设计（小学英语特色）
略
五、词汇课、阅读课、语音课、读写课快速适配
词汇课：将Presentation环节延长，重点教授4-6个单词，每个单词用“展示→带读→拼读→T PR活动”四个步骤教授。Practice环节增加“What‘s missing?” “Flashcards”等趣味游戏。板书突出四线三格的单词书写规范。
阅读课：由“词汇→句子→对话”调整为“整体感知→细节理解→品读内化→创编输出”。Pre-reading用图片预测内容→While-reading分为两个层次：快读抓大意，细读找具体信息→Post-reading跟读和表演。板书侧重故事脉络的梳理和关键词提取。
语音课：Warm-up通过歌谣反复呈现目标音素→Presentation通过拆音、比较让学生感受发音规律→Practice通过听音圈词、分类等活动强化拼读规则→Production通过读小故事或拼读游戏进行综合运用。板书用不同颜色标注音素出现位置和对应字母组合。
读写课：由“听→说”调整为“读→分析→写”的路径。Pre-writing先阅读一篇范文，分析结构和好词好句→While-writing依据框架进行仿写→Post-writing自评互评展示。板书侧重写作框架（如“Beginning→Body→Ending”结构）和衔接词梳理。
六、七、评委关注的3个加分细节
第一，TPR和简笔画的运用。小学英语面试中，TPR体现教学法修养，简笔画体现教师基本功。教词汇至少做1-2个TPR动作，板书至少画1-2个简笔画辅助理解。
第二，全英+肢体语言。用简单英语配合动作让“学生”理解你的指令。如说“Stand up”的同时做站起的手势，说“Point to the cat”的同时指向图片。体现“可理解性输入”理念。
第三，全情投入的教态。面部表情要丰富，声音要抑扬顿挫，多用夸张的鼓励语（“Wow! Amazing! Super! Well done!”），对小学生保持微笑、蹲下或倾身倾听的姿势，体现对低龄学习者的亲和力。
