Teaching Schedule: 12 lessons per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday.Grade Levels: Grade 7, Grade 8, and Grade 12 students.

1. Qualifications• Hold a recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably in English Language, Literature, Education.• Possess valid and relevant teaching certification or teaching qualification recognized for secondary education (preferred).• At least 2 years relevant full time teaching experience.2. Working Experience & Competencies• Demonstrate solid secondary school English teaching experience, with a clear understanding of middle and high school English curriculum frameworks and teaching logic in international school or bilingual school setting.• Experienced in teaching and supporting EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners; capable of adapting teaching methods to cater to students with different English proficiency levels.• Prior working experience in international schools or bilingual schools is highly preferred, with familiarity with international education teaching modes and classroom management.• Able to independently undertake full-cycle English teaching work, including lesson planning, classroom delivery, homework correction, and student learning guidance.3. Job Responsibilities• Capable of maintaining consistent and high-quality curriculum delivery to ensure teaching continuity during the temporary employment period.• Professional in conducting student academic assessments, delivering targeted feedback, and helping students achieve personal English proficiency improvement targets.• Focus on students’ literacy development, able to design targeted teaching activities to enhance students’ reading, writing and comprehensive English literacy.• Able to actively engage in the school’s Academic English Excellence strategy and cooperate with the academic team to promote overall English teaching quality improvement.4. Personal Qualities• Strong classroom management skills, able to create positive, inclusive and interactive classroom atmosphere suitable for secondary students.• Good adaptability and stress tolerance, able to take up duties immediately and quickly adapt to the school’s teaching arrangement.• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate smoothly with department teachers, academic supervisors and students’ families.• Responsible, rigorous and passionate about English education, with patient and student-oriented teaching attitude.
