本套学案遵循日思搏英语学习法（Reasonable English）“背、悟、用”模式，构建实用高效的特色课堂。RSB即Recite（背诵）、Study（领悟）、Build（运用）。
一、狂背阶段·素材输入（课前预习）
1.词形狂背：听单元单词录音，跟读核心词汇，同步记忆词性、名词/形容词/动词变形，做到“说一词，牵一串”。核心词清单：athlete, champion, determination, injury, compete, positive, stress, fitness, honour, grace, failure, ambition
2.搭配狂背：每个单词配套2-3个固定短语，边读边写，建立词与搭配的绑定记忆。核心短语：lose heart, come along, make a difference, give up, fall apart, set an example to, work out, take advantage of
3.例句狂背：每个搭配背诵1个课本原句/简易例句，避免孤立记短语。
二、真悟阶段·规律内化（课中探究）
本阶段核心：理性辨析易混点，归纳考试命题规律，标注高频失分陷阱。
1.determine 家族深度真悟动词determine 决定；名词determination 决心；形容词determined 坚定的搭配：determine to do sth（动作，决定做）；be determined to do sth（状态，下定决心做）⚠️ 命题陷阱：改错高频考点，区分动作与状态；determination为不可数名词。
2.injure 家族深度真悟动词injure 使受伤；名词injury 伤害；形容词injured 受伤的搭配：get injured 受伤；serious injury 重伤；the injured 伤员（the+形容词表一类人）
3.易混短语辨析真悟
￮lose heart：灰心，丧失信心（heart前无冠词，无所有格）
￮lose one’s heart to sb：爱上某人理性归纳：短文改错高频考点，牢记lose heart为固定搭配，中间不加修饰词。
4.make a difference 多义真悟两层含义：① 有影响，起作用；② 有差别。搭配：make a big difference to 对……产生重大影响；make no difference 没有影响。
5.compete 变形规律真悟动词compete 竞争；名词competition 比赛；competitor 参赛者；形容词competitive 有竞争力的搭配：compete in 参加……比赛；compete with/against 与……竞争。
课堂实操：每个考点口头造1个句子，即时验证是否真的吃透用法。
