研途有伴,数路生花|走进高中数学组,看见两位教师的拔节成长

当很多人眼中的数学，是冰冷的公式、繁复的演算、抽象的逻辑，在我们学校的高中数学教研组里，数学却藏着独一份的温度。

When many see mathematics as cold formulas, tedious calculations and abstract logic, the Senior High Mathematics Teaching and Research Group of our school brings its own unique warmth to the subject.

一支粉笔，一方讲台；一次研讨，一场深耕。常态化的集体教研，是数学组不变的底色；同伴相伴、彼此托举，是这个大家庭最动人的模样。今天，就让我们一同走进高中数学教研组，感受严谨务实的教研风貌，聆听两位老师在集体沃土之上向阳生长的故事。

One piece of chalk, one podium; one discussion, one deep dive. Regular collective teaching research is the constant foundation of the mathematics group. Mutual support among peers forms the most touching feature of this big family. Today, let us step into the Senior High Mathematics Teaching and Research Group, experience its rigorous and practical research style, and hear the stories of two teachers growing toward the sun on this fertile ground of collective research.

TEACHING WORK

“一个人走得快，一群人走得远。” 这是高中数学组一直铭记在心的话。

"One may travel fast alone, but a group travels far." This saying has always been kept in mind by the Senior High Mathematics Group.

为了让数学课堂更有深度，让学生读懂数学思维，教研组扎实推进各项教研工作。固定的集体备课时间里，老师们围坐在一起，拆解每一章的重难点，讨论题型设计、分层作业安排，交流不同层次班级的学情；

To add depth to mathematics classes and help students understand mathematical thinking, the group carries out solid teaching and research work. During fixed collective lesson preparation sessions, teachers sit together to break down key and difficult points of each chapter, discuss question design and differentiated homework, and exchange information about learning situations in classes of different levels.

公开课、磨课、评课活动有序开展，一堂课反复打磨，从导入设计、例题选取到板书逻辑，大家直言问题、分享巧思。

Open classes, trial lessons and lesson evaluation activities are carried out in order. Each lesson is polished repeatedly. From lead-in design and example selection to the logic of blackboard writing, teachers point out problems frankly and share creative ideas.

面对新高考的变化，组内共同研读真题、梳理命题规律，把零散的经验汇聚成共享的财富。

Faced with changes in the new college entrance examination, the group studies real exam papers together, sorts out proposition rules, and turns scattered experience into shared resources.

在这里，没有闭门造车。资深教师倾囊相授，把多年沉淀的教学经验、解题思路、育人心得分享出来；青年教师主动求教，积极听课学习，大胆尝试新的教学方式，大家既是教研路上的同行者，也是彼此最坚实的后盾。

No one works behind closed doors here. Senior teachers pass on everything they have learned, sharing years of accumulated teaching experience, problem-solving strategies and insights into student education. Young teachers take the initiative to ask for advice, attend classes actively and try new teaching methods boldly. They are companions on the research journey and each other’s strongest support.

TEACHING WORK

每次登上讲台，兰老师心里总会反复琢磨：如何把抽象的数学概念讲得通俗易懂？如何引导学生主动思考，而不是机械刷题？

Every time Ms. Lan stands on the podium, she keeps asking herself: How can I explain abstract mathematical concepts in an easy-to-understand way? How can I guide students to think actively instead of doing exercises mechanically?

兰老师的课堂，不急于给出答案，更看重思维的生成。讲解立体几何、函数、向量等内容时，兰老师习惯带着学生一步步推导，鼓励学生说出自己的思路，包容不一样的解法。兰老师相信，数学教学的核心不是教会学生做对一道题，而是培养学生的逻辑推理能力。

Ms. Lan's classes do not rush to give answers; they value the generation of thinking. When teaching solid geometry, functions, vectors and other topics, Ms. Lan guides students through step-by-step deduction, encourages them to voice their own ideas and accepts different solution methods. Ms. Lan believes that the core of mathematics teaching is not just getting students to solve a single problem correctly, but cultivating their logical reasoning ability.

作为备课组长。每周兰老师都积极去听青年教师的课堂，细致给出建议；备课时遇到难点，兰老师随时可以在办公室里展开一场小型研讨，带动组内青年教师迅速成长。

As the lesson preparation group leader, Ms. Lan attends young teachers’ classes every week and offers detailed suggestions. Whenever difficulties arise in lesson preparation, Ms. Lan can launch a small discussion right in the office, helping young teachers in the group grow rapidly.

接到烟台市直高中优质课比赛通知后，兰老师几乎没有任何犹豫迅速报名，因为“我知道我背后有一个强大的数学组”。兰老师把这次赛事当成一次淬炼课堂的契机。从课题选定、情境创设到问题链设计，反复推敲打磨。为了把抽象的数学概念自然落地，兰老师不断调整课堂设问，前后修改多版教学设计。兰老师不追求课堂流程的花哨，一心想着如何引导学生自主推导、主动思考，最终在烟台市直高中优质课评比中斩获“优质课”奖项。

When receiving the notice of the Yantai Municipal Direct High-Quality Lesson Competition, Ms. Lan signed up without hesitation, for she knew she had a strong mathematics group behind her. Ms. Lan regarded the competition as an opportunity to refine her teaching. Ms. Lan deliberated repeatedly on topic selection, scenario creation and question chain design. To present abstract mathematical concepts naturally, Ms. Lan adjusted classroom questions and revised her teaching plan many times. She did not chase fancy classroom procedures. Her focus was guiding students to deduce independently and think actively. In the end, she won the High-Quality Lesson Award in the competition.

兰老师坦言，“我们要力求深耕高中数学教学，反复打磨课堂与习题，在一题多变中钻研教法。坚持以生为本，兼顾思维引导，在教与学的双向奔赴中持续沉淀、稳步成长。”

Ms. Lan shared her thoughts: "We strive to deepen senior high mathematics teaching, polish lessons and exercises repeatedly, and explore teaching methods through varied versions of the same problem. We put students first, prioritize thinking guidance, and keep improving steadily in the mutual progress of teaching and learning."

深耕教学多年，赵老师始终保持着钻研的热忱，把重心放在学情研究、试题打磨和专题体系搭建上。

Having taught for years, Ms. Zhao maintains a passion for inquiry. Her work centers on studying student learning situations, refining exercises and building thematic knowledge systems.

面对学生数学水平差异大的现状，赵老师坚持分层设计教学内容，针对基础薄弱的学生夯实概念、规范步骤，给学有余力的学生拓展思维题型。赵老师坚持刷题研题，对比历年考题，总结题型变化、命题趋势，精心筛选、改编习题，力求每一道例题、每一份练习都精准适配学生需求。

Given the wide gap in students’ mathematics proficiency, Ms. Zhao  designs differentiated teaching content. Ms. Zhao consolidates basic concepts and standardizes problem-solving steps for weaker students, and provides extended thinking questions for advanced learners. Ms. Zhao works through exam questions and compares past papers to summarize changes in question types and proposition trends. She selects and adapts exercises carefully, making sure every example and worksheet fits students’ needs precisely.

备战烟台市直高中优质课期间，赵老师立足学情，聚焦课堂实效开展备课。围绕授课主题，深挖知识本源，对照课标与新高考方向精选素材，精心搭建梯度化学习任务；赵老师反复打磨例题与变式训练，力求习题设计精准、逻辑顺畅。一次次试课复盘，不断优化板书逻辑、课堂节奏，把严谨的数学思维融入课堂环节。凭借扎实的教学设计、清晰的知识架构，赵老师在本次烟台市直高中优质课活动中斩获“优质课”奖项。

While preparing for the Yantai Municipal Direct High-Quality Lesson Competition, Ms. Zhao designed lessons based on student reality and focused on practical classroom effects. Centered on her teaching topic, she dug into the origin of knowledge, selected materials aligned with curriculum standards and the new college entrance examination, and built progressive learning tasks. Ms. Zhao refined examples and variant exercises repeatedly to ensure accurate design and smooth logic. Through trial lessons and reviews, Ms. Zhao optimized the logic of blackboard writing and classroom pace, weaving rigorous mathematical thinking into every session. With a solid teaching plan and clear knowledge structure, Ms. Zhao also won the High-Quality Lesson Award in this event.

从教路上，赵老师始终认为，数学教师既要保有严谨求真的专业底色，也要懂得看见学生。“教研不是一个人的钻研，好的思路在交流中才能越来越好。能和一群志同道合的伙伴并肩研究，一起为学生的数学学习保驾护航，是一件很幸福的事。”

On her teaching journey, Ms. Zhao holds the view that mathematics teachers should uphold the professional spirit of rigor and truth-seeking, and see every student. "Teaching research is not solitary exploration. Good ideas get better through communication. It is a great blessing to work alongside like-minded partners and support students in their mathematics learning."

The spirit of the mathematics teaching and research group is a vivid reflection of our school’s educational philosophy. It provides fertile ground for every teacher’s professional growth, so that teachers can polish their classes and pursue their educational dreams without distraction.

The road is long, yet progress leads to the destination. Research and reflection never stop, and mathematics blooms along the way.
