Dear Peter,
Thank you very much for your concern.
Disastrous rain occurred in my hometown, causing serious damage. Many low-lying
communities flooded. My hometown was full of muddy water.
The PLA men arrived immediately to rescue the villagers of the flooded areas. And they did
their best to fight against the flood. They supplied the villagers with fresh vegetables and food.
Some medical teams were organized to help us so that we could have a healthy diet.
After a long time, everything went on very well. And that was a sign of victory. I was deeply

In recent years, there have been many disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, fires,
sandstorms and so on.
When there is a flood, we should get to high ground and make sure not to walk through the
flood water. If an earthquake happens, we can hide under a strong desk and stay away from
windows. If a fire happens, we can use a wet towel to cover our mouth and nose and stay low to
the ground.
Of course, we should take action to prevent future disasters. We can plant more trees and
protect wild animals. We can also share some related information with others.
Hope we can have a better world in the future.
