大桥含双圆柱预应力盖梁、三柱门架式盖梁。本方案针对双柱墩、门架墩普通盖梁及预应力盖梁编制。双柱普通盖梁(DZ23#),盖梁最长长度15m,最大梁高1.8m,最大梁宽2.0m,墩高10m,墩柱间距9m,墩柱直径1.4m,采用双抱箍+砂箱+ 双I45a工字钢。双柱普通盖梁(DZ24#),盖梁最长长度15m,最大梁高1.6m,最大梁宽1.9m,墩高10m,墩柱间距9m,墩柱直径1.3m,采用双抱箍+砂箱+双 I45a工字钢。双柱墩预应力盖梁(HY16#),盖梁最长长度24.687m,最大梁高2.4m,最大梁宽2.2m,悬臂长度2.1m,墩高13m,墩柱直径1.8m,采用双抱箍+砂箱+3排贝雷梁法,中间两排支墩。分体门架墩预应力盖梁(EZ24#),各项指标取最大值,盖梁长度16.398m,梁高2.0m,梁宽1.9m,墩高13.884m,最大跨度16.607m,最大悬臂长度2.2m,墩柱直径1.6m,加载截面取2*1.9m进行计算,采用双抱箍+砂箱+3排贝雷梁支架法,抱箍侧增加贝雷梁支墩保护。砂箱按设计值100吨进行预压。将400t千斤顶(左右对称安装)安装在抱箍中间。
