Hello, everyone. I’m Li Ming. I want to be a volunteer of protecting animals I’m
glad to make a speech here. I am kind to others. I am good with animals. I like
playing football and the guitar. I have ever organized raising money for Save China’s
Tigers. And I keep some homeless little animals.
Animals are our friends. We should love each other. I am always thinking
protecting animals is protecting ourselves.
If I can be a volunteer, I will work harder and do more meaningful things to
protect animals. I will announce more people love animals like me. I must try my best
to make the world more united.

Last Saturday, we visited a hope school. It was a great way to know some other
children’s life. We had a party with the students there. We also helped them clean up
their classrooms. The headmaster told us some stories about some hard-working
students who are from very poor families. And in order to raise money for them, we
held a big sale on our school playground the next day. We raised lots of money. I think
being a volunteer is really great and I’d like to help more people.

I'm Li Ping from Zhenzhou Middle School. I am very interested in your project
and want to be a volunteer to help the students learn Chinese.
I am warm-hearted and always ready to help others. I am good at Chinese. Last
year, I won first prize in the Chinese Speech Competition in my city. I have many
good ways to learn Chinese well. For example, we can listen to the radio and read
aloud every morning. Also learning some Chinese classical songs helps improve the
language quickly. Besides, talking with local people is a fun and effective way to learn

Dear Jim,
I am a volunteer in Protecting the Environment Club of my school.Last weekend,
I did some volunteer work with other volunteers.
On Saturday, we went to the old people’s home to help wash clothes and clean
rooms. We also sang songs to the old people to make them happy. On Sunday we went
to the People’s Park to fix up bikes and radios. Also, we went to No. 3 Primary School
to help the children with their homework and tell them stories.
I think volunteering is meaningful because it makes us happy.

Sunday Fine
Today, we took the school bus to Kang Le old folk’s home. The old people
greeted to see us. We helped them do a lot of things in the old folk’s home. We swept
the floor for them. We cleaned the windows and also washed the clothes. Some girls
danced for them and we enjoyed ourselves. Finally , we had lunch together with the
old people and the dishes were very delicious.
As the students in Grade Nine in No.3 Middle School, we like the activity ver much.
And I think it’s our duty to help the old people. Do you think so?
