数词的使用规则
、基数词：表示数目多少。

注意：数字“0”可以读作“zero”，也可以读作字母“o”。
、序数词：表示顺序先后。

基数词变序数词记忆口诀：
一、二、三，需要记，八去 t，九省 e，ve 结尾时，f 来代替，
ty 结尾时，y 变 ie，再加 th，若是几十几，前基后序别忘记。
时间怎么说？
八点整：eight o’clock
八点十五分：eight fifteen;a quarter past eight; 把表盘平均分成四部分，最
少画几笔呢？两笔，然后呢，每一份就是 1/4，1/4 就是 a quarter,
八点半：half past eight;thirty past eight;
八点四十：forty past eight;twenty to nine.
八点四十五：a quarter to nine;forty-five past eight;eight forty-five.
日期怎么说
?
年份把四位数拆成两个两位数，分别读两个数：2018 读作 twenty eighteen.
月份加日期，比如八月十日：August 10th.
大数怎么说？
百千，英语中没有 1 万和 1 亿的单位，而是用 ten hundred “十个一百”表示一千；
英语中的大数都是以三个零、三个零来计数的：
1000 a thousand 一千
1000,000 a million 十万
1000,000,000 a billion 十亿
分数怎么说？
再读分母。分子是数字本身，分母是序数形式加 s；当几分之一时不加 s
e.g. 1/2 二分之一，one half; 2/3 two-thirds 4/5 four-fifths.
“百分之几” 用 percent 来表示，15% 读作 15 percent.
