Talk about my daughter’s pictures and guess what’s in her pictures.
T: Are you busy these days? I’m very busy. Do you know why? Because my
daughter likes drawing and I have to practice drawing with her every day. Today I
bring some of her pictures here. Would you like to have a look? And try to tell me
what’s in her pictures.

Step 2. Presentation
I. Give good ideas about what I can buy for my daughter.
T: Look! This is my daughter. She is eight years old. And she is going to be a
student just like you. I want to buy a present for her. What present can I buy? Can
you give me some good ideas?T: Yes, I think a schoolbag may be a good present for her. I will buy her a beautiful
schoolbag. What can I put in her schoolbag?
T: I want to put three things in her schoolbag. This is the first thing, can you
guess?
T: What’s the second thing, can you guess?
T: And the last thing, what’s this, do you know?
T: What’s in your pencil box? Let me have a look.
T: So I’d like to put a book, a dictionary and a pencil box in her schoolbag.
II. Help me find the owners with their names on them.
T: I will write my daughter’s name on these school things. Do you write your
names on your school things?
T: Here are some of your school things. And there are names on them. I don’t
know your names well. So let me have a try to find the owners.

T: Pay attention to “Excuse me” and “Thank you”. They will make the sentence
