学情分析
My students are about 13 or 14 years old. They’re curious、active and fond of games、
competitions、 songs and various activities. They enjoy learning in the exciting and relaxed
atmosphere. The theoretical basis guiding this teaching design is task-based teaching. In this
lesson ,I set up various activities to involve my students in lively and interesting teaching
situations and activate the class.

Function: Let the students know how to talk about their likes and dislikes
by using the present tense. Learn some new words about food.

Listening practice: Listen and circle the food you hear in 1a.
Listen again and fill in the chart in 1d.
Check the answers.

Ask Ss work in pairs, ask and answer like this :

First, complete the survey chart in 3a, write about what you and your
partner like and don’t like for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Write a short text according to your survey results in 3b.

Finish Self Check 1 and 2
