Describe the room students designed using the prepositions on, in, under. 4教学过程 4.1 第一学时 4.1.1教学活动 活动1【导入】导入 评论 ~Step One: Review and lead in Review the three prepositions “on, in, under” by listening to a song named ON, IN, UNDER. 活动2【讲授】讲授 评论 ~Step Two: Presentation 1. Present the new words. Students work together and try to read the words by themselves. Then the teacher shows the pictures on the screen to emphasize the difficult pronunciation. 2. Word game Two groups --- have a competition. Look at the pictures. If the student knows the name of the things, stand up quickly to speak out the name. If the answer is right, his/hergroup will move a step forward. 设计意图: This game requires the students to concentrate on the things that will appear and react at once. It will stimulate the students to take an active part in the class. 3.Ask students to work on 1a. Match the words with the things in the picture. Then check the answers with the class. 活动3【活动】听力 评论 ~Step Three: Listening and speaking 1. Listen and circle the things Tom wants from his room. Then check the answers. 2. Listen again. Where are Tom's things? Write them down. Writing a full sentence is difficult for students, so tell the students they can write down the things Tom wants first. Then add“are/is”after the things. Find the differences between two pictures Students work in groups and find the differences. 2.Students design their own rooms and describe it by using “on /in/under”.
