2学情分析
Ⅱ. students analysis
The students belongs to grade one in junior school, their ages are between 12-15, so this group
of
students are very active. However, their personality and English level vary greatly. So teachers
should
pay attention to arise students’ interest in learning English.
To avoid students feel boring, i adapt “visual, listening, speaking teaching method” .

Step 1. Revision and lead in
Review the numbers 0-9 by watching a flash of the English song Ten Little Indian
Boys,
and by playing a game Who has the best memory.
(Four groups have a competition)
Then lead in the new numbers by talking some famous persons’ ages.
活动2【讲授】Present new numbers
Step 2. Present new numbers
Ask students to tell the teacher how to say10-31 in English?
(show the students the numbers one by one)
活动3【练习】Step3: Practice
Step3: Practice
Activity 1: 1a: Listening and repeating
Play the tapes for students to listen and repeat numbers.Activity 2: Can you count these numbers?
Ask students to read the numbers on the screen one by one quickly.
Activity 3: Can you deal with these math problems?
(Four groups have a competition)
Activity 4: 1b: writing the numbers
Ask students to finish writing the numbers individually.
Tell students that some of the numbers are in the wrong order.
And then Check the answers.

Step 4 Let students find out the rules of the numbers.
① 13~19 规律:个位数字后加 teen;注意:thirteen, fifteen, eighteen的差别。
②20、30等表示几十的数,大部分构成形式为:个位数后加ty,注意twenty, thirt
y, fifty等。
③21~29及31~39等数字的规律:twenty或thirty后加连字符,再加个位数。

Play the recording for the first time, students only listen.
Then play the recording again. This time students listen andcircle the numbers they hear.
1d: Listen and circle the things they buy.
1. Let students look at the picture in 1d. Kate and her mother
are talking about some clothes. Ask one student to name
the various items of clothing shown.
Ask another to point at the price tags and read them aloud.
2. Listen again. Circle the things in the picture that Kate and her mom talk about.
Check (√) the thing Kate buys.
(Play the recording for the students to listen and check the answers.)

Ask and answer about the prices of the things on the screen
by using the following sentence patterns.
—How much is the white T- shirt…? —It’s … dollars.
—How much are the red socks…? —They are … dollars.
Remind them to use is / it’s with T-shirt, skirt, etc, the singular nouns.
and are / they’re with socks, trousers, the plural nouns.活动7【作业】 summary and homework

1.按照规律熟记数字1-31。
2.回家询问父母衣服鞋子的价格。
