教学目标
(一)、知识目标:
1. 掌握课文中出现的一些新词汇和词组表达。
2. 词汇:race, taught,care, succeed, point, achieve, obey.
词组:get in the way, care about, make decision, be serious about, spend time on, achieve one’s
dream

2. 父母有时对我们的要求可能有点苛刻,但是我们要理解父母的苦心,他们所做的一切其实都

If we have different opinions from our parents, we should talk with them but not quarrel(争吵).
After all, they love us and know us best. Meanwhile, take the chance to be what you want to be,
if your dream is realistic.
2学情分析
本班的学生经过两年多的英语学习,大部分同学有了一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读 写的
能力;同时,学生们对英语学习有着较为浓厚的兴趣,但两极分化现象比较严重。因此,我要不
断鼓励更多的学生,让他们勇于发表自己的真实观点和想法,增强学生开口讲英语的自信心。

(2)学生掌握以下短语的用法:get in the way of , achieve one’s dream, be serious about, spend…
on sth , care about.
教学难点:学生能够用用课本剧的形式将文章再现;根据思维导图复述课文。

4.1 第一学时
