海外项目考验的不是“设计时速”，而是跨文化理解力。（新加坡施工总包+马来裔项目经理）
海外项目最大的痛点往往不在设计本身，而在标准和流程。（当地的物业管理规范+国家层面的建筑相关法规与标准）
合规与认证：消防规范、无障碍设计、材料环保等级，有一些标准与报审报验流程不同。
合同与责任：项目建设单位为海外公司及人员，看重权责边界，图纸上的标注，都可能被写进法律条款。
沟通方式：他们更习惯“书面确认 + 节点汇报”，不是APP里的即时响应。
远程协作，是对团队成熟度的一次体检，不容易随时抵达现场，研究更多可视化、可量化的方式，讲清楚设计价值，与后期第三方施工总包单位的配合。做海外项目，设计体系要在没有面对面的情况下，依然成立。去通过项目积累，习得一套经得起全球检验的方法论。
出海，不是为了逃离本土市场，是为了站在更高的海平面，重新理解脚下的土地。
我们本次的项目业主：赛丽科技SILITH，是一家专注于硅光子技术的高科技半导体芯片设计公司，由拥有近20年中芯国际等半导体大厂经验的张轲于2021年创立。在中国上海和苏州设有重要分支机构和研发中心，致力于通过硅光子技术突破传统电互联的物理极限，为AI基础设施提供底层硬件支撑。
作为一家芯片设计服务商，赛丽科技以化合物半导体材料为基础，利用Chiplet及TSV等先进封装技术，实现光电芯片的高度集成。在2026年的光纤通信大会（OFC）上，公司展示了业内领先的400G每通道纯硅调制器平台，其调制器带宽超过100 GHz，这一技术被视为未来共封装光学（CPO）规模化应用的关键基础。
全球化布局：
区别于传统的光模块厂商，SILITH 将自己定义为一家AI基础设施公司。随着AI算力网络从铜互连向光互连演进，公司正处于这一长达20年的超级周期的核心位置。通过在 新加坡 设立研发测试中心以及与全球产业链上下游的深度协同，SILITH 正在构建具有全球竞争力的供应链与创新生态。
Surbana Jurong Campus is the flagship development of Singapore’s emerging Jurong Innovation District (JID). The 742,000-square-foot campus unfolds across 10, five and seven-story pavilions clustered along a central pedestrian spine that links indoor and open-air courtyards, communal spaces, and amenities across all levels. By lifting the structure, the terrain underneath can continue to grow and envelop the lower-level public spaces and upper-level offices to achieve a treehouse effect.
This approach of designing within the landscape provides an alternative to traditional, internally focused buildings, and the clustering of distinct mid-scale volumes along a central spine evokes the atmosphere of a village, providing a counterpoint to the traditional corporate headquarters housed in densely developed high-rise buildings in Singapore’s central business district.
Underpinning the design is the belief that employees should have optimal access to light, air, and green space to reduce stress, encourage socialization, and enhance creativity. The project has been recognized with a BCA-HPB Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces certification and is WELL Pre-Certified by the International WELL Building Institute.
Workplace wellbeing was carefully considered when conceiving the formation of the pavilions, courtyards, pathways, and flow.The program provides a range of private, semi-private, and public working environments, including closed offices with expansive vistas, dedicated spaces for research, a sunken courtyard, event spaces, shaded seating alcoves overlooking greenery, and a 1,000-seat multipurpose hall.
The open atrium spine connects workers to the world beyond the office, providing visual access to activity happening across levels as well as direct sightlines to the surrounding Eco Garden, adding visual complexity and diversity. The design prioritizes support for caretakers and promotes a healthy, active lifestyle with publicly accessible clinic and fitness areas, nursing rooms, and childcare facilities.
Going overseas is not about working on projects in a different time zone, but about adopting a different way of thinking.

The biggest pain points of overseas projects often lie not in the design itself, but in standards and processes. (Local property management regulations, national-level construction-related laws and standards)
Compliance and certification: fire safety codes, accessible design, material environmental ratings, some standards and approval processes are different.
Contracts and Responsibilities: For project construction units that are overseas companies and personnel, they pay attention to the boundaries of rights and responsibilities. Annotations on drawings could all potentially be written into legal clauses.
Communication Methods: They are more accustomed to 'written confirmations and milestone reporting,' rather than real-time responses in an app.
Remote Collaboration: This is a check-up on the maturity of the team. It is not easy to be on-site at any time, so more visual and quantifiable methods need to be explored to clearly explain the design value and coordinate with the third-party general contractors in the later stages. In overseas projects, the design system must still be valid without face-to-face interaction. By accumulating experience through projects, a methodology capable of withstanding global scrutiny can be acquired.
Going Abroad，It is not to escape the local market, but to stand at a higher sea level and re-understand the land beneath one's feet.
