教学目标
1.能够理解对话的大意,并能够用正确的语音语调朗读对话。
2.能够在情境中运用以下句型:Is he drinking water? No, he isn’t. He’s eating.询
问并且回答某人或某个动物正在做什么。
3.能够在语境中理解Can I play with him now?Can you take him to the park?的意思,
能正确发音,并正确运用。
教学内容
教学重点:听懂会说会认读Let’s talk 部分的核心句型:Is she/he v-ing? Yes,
she/he is.No, she/he isn’t.
教学难点:在相关情境中运用核心句型。
教学过程
Step 1: Warming up
1.Greetings.
2.Let's sing.
Animals,animals are everywhere.
Step 2: Presentation and practice
1.介绍Fido。
T:The dog is Chen Jie’s. His name is Fido.
Ss: Where is the dog?
T:Let’s guess.
2.listen and tick.
T: Where is Fido? Let’s listen and tick.
Ss: He’s in the living room.
3.Let’s read and answer.
What is he doing?
He’s sleeping.
4.Watch and answer.
T:Sam likes Fido very much.And Fido likes Sam, too! Look at the picture. Sam is
at Chen Jie’s home. Where is Fido now?
Ss: He’s in the kitchen.

Q1: Is Fido drinking water?
Q2: What is he doing?
Q3: Can Sam play with him now?
6.Listen and imitate.
7.Retell the dialogue.
Step 3: Consolidation and extension
1.Make a new dialogue.
Sam and Fido are playing in the park.Chen Jie is calling Sam now.
Step 4: Homework
1.Listen to the tape and read the dialogue.
2.Act the dialogue.
3.Sam takes Fido to the park.What are they doing ?Talk about with your friends.
