教学目标
1.能在教师和图片的帮助下,梳理和提取关键信息,理解故事大意。
2.能用正确的语音、语调朗读故事,并进行角色扮演。
3.通过创编故事,体验文明用餐过程,认识到用餐文明的重要性。
教学内容
教学重点:
1.学生能够复习并落实本单元四会单词和关键句型的学习。
2.学生能够读懂故事,并能在朗读时注意语音语调、连读、意群停顿。
教学难点:
1. buffet的读法;
2.根据关键信息复述故事。
教学过程
Warm up:
Enjoy a song: Do you like …?
Ss listen and enjoy the song together and find out the topic of this
song.
【设计意图】以关于好吃的食物和黑暗料理的歌曲进入课堂,复习本单元重点句
型,创设了轻松愉快的学习氛围。
Presentation and Practice:
Activity1: Zoom is big eater.
(1)Let's review.
【设计意图】通过说一个水果单词,Zoom吃一口水果的游戏,复习了A和B部分
的水果单词
(2)Guess:Which fruit does Zip like?
Present four questions.
Activity2:Read the picture and answer:Who is in the story?Where are
they?
(1)Present“buffet” and learn
(2)To know what does the buffet mean.
【设计意图】通过速读故事图片,找出主人公和地点这两项关键信息,同时渗透
阅读技巧:关注图片并提取信息。之江汇教育广场
Activity3:Watch and choose.
(1)Watch the video.
(2)Check.
(3)To understand “cheap”
T comes up with further question: How much is the ticket?
T teaches the new word “dollar/cheap”
(4)Listen and imitate.
Activity4:Read and answer.
(1)Read and circle.
(2)To know what does chicken and hot dog mean?
【设计意图】学生边读边圈一圈找答案,通过这样的方式让学生明白在阅读中圈
一圈的方式能让阅读更轻松!并且引导学生将注意力从图片转移到文字。
Activity5:Read and imitate.
Activity6:Let's say:What does Zoom like to eat?
(1)Practice:I want...and...
Zoom is a big eater in the story.
Activity7:Let's act
用手偶演一演Zoom和Zip
Activity8:Watch and answer “ Is Zoom a good eater?”
Ss watch the ending. Ss learn a new word “doggy bag”.
T and Ss imitate and choose which one is the doggy bag.
【设计意图】通过观看故事结局视频,学生对Zoom的不文明行为有了深刻体
会。在对话学习中,学生理解生词doggy bag含义,并通过师生表演,感受到服
务员兔子先生的气愤情绪。
Activity9:Read and choose:Who is the good eater?
T presents sentences about good behavior in a buffet to help Ss
understand the emotion of this class better.
【设计意图】适时呈现文明自助就餐,帮助学生明确就餐礼仪,落实本课文化和
情感目标。
Consolidation:
(1)Read,choose and say
If Zoom became a good eater,what would he say?
【设计意图】通过修改故事结尾的阅读填空,增加阅读输入量。
(2)Let's say
Step 1: Choose. (选出你喜欢吃的食物。)之江汇教育广场
Step 2: Act it out.(选用A角色演一演在自助餐厅文明用餐)
【设计意图】通过表演,教师鼓励学生运用本课所学的知识,演绎文明就餐。
